Really…?

Here’s one for you:  I’ve found out that here in Texas, atleast this part I’m in, are dealin’ in death.

The other day, I was sittin’ on my lil patio mindin’ my own, when I see the leasing office guy ride up on the golf cart they jet around the complex in, and get off at the apartment below me. He’s lookin’ all official, so I paid attention.

He used his key and went into the apartment. He was in there messin’ around for about 5-10 minutes. When he came out, he was carryin’ this man’s flat screen, and loaded onto the cart! While I’m takin’ all this in, he goes back in and comes back out with the computer and two DVD players.

Ok…

So I ask the lil twerp ( he is a twerp; he has “little man” issues) what was up. This is what he told me: “If the tenant falls far enough behind on rent, we are able to confiscate property equal to the value of monies owed and hold said property in lien till aforesaid monies are tendered or items are sold to cover the outstanding obligation.”

Just like that, with his official ass. And proceeded to go back in and removed the rest of this man’s electronics, movies and CD’s, a jacket and some shoes! Then the smart ass twerp with the lil man issues told me to check my lease.

And put a boot on the door.

I did check my lease, and yep, it’s there. This is some Texas shyt. Nobody in Cali, where I’m from, is goin’ for this! Do you know how many caps would bust over this? O.M.G.

So I’m askin’ the masses; Have you ever heard of this as a legal form of collecting rent? Is this somethin’ they doin’ in your town and if so (dayumm!) where do you live?

I think this is so bizarre. Fortunately for me I’m one of those who pays her rent, on time and in full. Sometimes early. But this shyt here would definitely make me mend my ways if I wasn’t. I would be one of those who’d go twirlin’ up on that office goin’ off, and end up in jail.

R.I.P to Richard Dawson, that charming and eloquent host of the game show, “Family Fued” has gone home. Richard lost his battle with esphagousal cancer yesterday, at the age of 78. I remember him from Hogan’s Heroes… God Bless his family.

To Pepper Spray or not to Pepper Spray…

OK…

You have a person who will not calm down.  This person had just tossed a TV and some chairs across the room, and is now tryin’ to ram a cart through a door to an office where adults and children fled for safety.

You call 5-0.

When they get there, this person had a foot long piece of wood, trimmed to a point (for stabbin’?) in one hand, and a cardboard box (for body parts?) in the other.

“Come get me, f*cker!”

The first pepper shot was blocked by the cardboard box.  The second shot hit him in the side of the head.  He went down, and was cuffed up.  The standoff was over.

Aidan Elliot is 8 years old, and on TV yesterday with his mother sayin’ pepper-sprayin’ an ‘unruly ‘ 8 yr old is too much.   Really?

5-0 says it was the best choice.

“Had the officers chosen to be hands-on with him, the potential for him getting some type of injury and, maybe even officers, would have been much higher.”

This is not the first time this lil boy has been talked down by police from showin’ his ass.   There are two earlier incidents the police were called to this school for this lil boy.

The latest shyt started on the bus, him screamin’  and actin’ a fool.   After breakfast he continued, throwin’  chairs at his teachers, threatenin to slap them around, bein’ “very aggressive and violent.”   They barricaded themselves in an office and called police,  while he tried to bust the door down threatenin’ to kill them all.

“I’m going to kill you once you get out of that room.”

My opinion: His little ass deserved that and more.  His mother shouldnt be glorifyin’ his little ass with TV appearances -they on GMA today- and all this support as if he didn’t do anything but bat his lil eyes.   He needs an ass whuppin’;  ain’t no way in the world that a child of mine would show his ass anywhere like this,  and expect me not to go upside that head with the quickness.

All she’s doin’ is showin this kid that there are no consequences for his actions, and if there are, its cash on the wood.  Mamma will stand down with him, even if he is in the wrong.   All the way to the bank (or ‘check-cashin’ place’)

This lil mofo is armed and threatenin’ to harm his teachers and classmates?  Destroyin’ public property?  Tauntin’  the police when they do get there?

“I will kill you mother-f*ckers.”

In real life, had he been older, the consequences would have been a cap busted in his ass, and the police on TV talkin’ about how they had no choice but to ‘take him out’.

Had this been 10 yrs from now we’d be readin’ about little Aidan shootin’ up the school and killin’ those classmates…

Right now his stupid mother,  Mandy is filin’ papers against the 5-0.   Lookin for a payday.  (Why does everyone in American think everything is a lawsuit??) She should be whuppin’ his ‘grown’ ass.    She claims he doesn’t act this way at home, only at school.  I don’t believe that, because she also said in the same article,  that she’s “tried puttin’ him on meds but they don’t work”.  (So then, if this performance is only for school, why the meds?   I’m jus’ sayin’… )

Mother Mandy better stop seein’ dollar $igns and blaming her son’s issues on everybody else, expecting the school district to solve his behavioural problems.    This child by the statements he’s made, needs a mental help.   She needs to get her son that help before there is a real tragedy.

So, minions, what do you think?  Should  Aidan’s bad ass been peppered sprayed,  once he was out of control?  Should the police instead had tried to ‘talk him down’?  Did the school do the right thing in callin the 5-0?

Team Poppycock

I’m  not a huge fan of America’s Got Talent; if I’m channel surfin’  and run across something that catches my eye, I will watch.  This is not a show I rush home to see. 

‘But this Prince Poppycock is the reason I’ve been watchin’  this current competition.  This guy is flamboyant, outrageous, and very ‘campy’.  This guy is the Male(?) version of Lady Gaga (Sharon Osborne made that distinction).  I think he is somethin’ else! 

Prince Poppycock is the alter ego of a Los Angeles store clerk, 32 yr old John Quale.

“In 2006 Prince Poppycock was born.    At the time John was studying Opera,  and had just completed learning the Figaro aria, ‘Largo al Factotum’. In real life , John is actually a  nice lookin’ guy.   He was raised on a horse farm in VA.  He’s a singer and songwriter, havin’ been singin’ since he was 11.  He spent his summers  attending  the  prestigious Interlochen Arts Camp,  a competitive performing arts program of the Interlochen Center for the Arts,  and performin’  and tourin’  with musicals and choirs thru his high school and college years.  He even sang with and wrote for the pop band Endora.   His solo debut album is now available on iTunes, and he is currently workin’  on a “Poppycock” debut album.

The winner of the show will earn a headlinin’ show at Caesar’s Palace in Vegas and a $1Milli in cold cash.   Though he was eliminated tonight (dammit!),  this is one act that surely belongs in Vegas.     His website  is awesome!

Whatever he does, I’m gone on his look, and waitin’ to see what’s next for The Prince.

*THIS JUST IN*:   The America’s Got Talent winner for 2010 is Michael Grimm.   He sang  ”Me and Bobby McGee”, one of my Janis Joplin favs with Jewel.  If it was gonna be anybody other than The Prince, I wanted it to be him. 

From the start he had said that, if he won, he wanted to use some of his prize money to help his grandparents, who raised him and lost everything in Hurricane Katrina.   He plans to give them a new home.   Bless his heart

As if it wasn’t enough that this ungrateful,  transformer-lookin’ bytch embarrased her father, one of my favorite actors, Laurence Fishburne, by releasin’ a porn tape,  Montana Fishburne’s gone over the top now.

She’s all over the press, braggin’ that she hasn’t been speaking to her father since he told her how he was “embarrassed” by her, and that untill he respects her and accepts her for who (what- a whore with a bullet riddled ass?), she doesnt think they will have “much a  relationship”.   Doesn’t want anything to do with him, to be exact.

Well I be dayumm! 

“Chippy D”  should be on her knees (sic) beggin’ her father’s forgiveness for this crazy lapse of judgement and hopin’ he forgives her in this lifetime!  This man gave her a great life; travelin’, private schools-the best.    And this is how she repays him?

This hook-head really thinks she is gonna be the next (black)  Kim Kardashian, because of this sex tape.    She claims that offers are pourin’ in from mainstream  films and  TV.   I wonder who these idiots are.    Can you see this broad on prime-time TV, in a sitcom, after all this?
