At least on Fox News. Shyt is swirlin’ this mornin’ that his daily rant-fest will ‘transition off’ the air waves later this year, and he will be “movin’ on to other projects with the network“. Hmmmm….
Basically, the windbag-famous for the “Obama has a deep seated hatred for white people” line- is out. Neither side is sayin’ why-fired or resigned. Just that they could not agree to continue. Those wonderful anonymus sources say Fox dropped his ass.
I guess Paranoid Rhetorical Bullshyt is out of style… His shows were already cancelled in NY and Philly.
And he has angered everybody but his own mother, and I’m not sure of that. Color of Change, along with Media Matters for America, ( they have an excellent Glenn Beck chart over there!) started an advertiser’s boycott in 2009, pressurizin’ his advertisers and makin’ his bosses (Fox) look like shyt. 400 advertisin’ CEO’s pulled their ads, and said they didnt want them on that show. Jewish groups got tired of bein’ compared to Nazis. Muslims got tired of bein’ called ragheads and being blamed for 9/11.
All this, and the fact that his ratin’ have been slippin’ (mostly those 400 accounts walkin’ off into the sunset…), is probably why Fox wants out. The again maybe Fox got tired of bein’ labled a one-sided, controversial, racist, discriminatory network, which they have been- atleast in my book-for the past 2-3 years. Beck has gotten out of control, wild with it, sayin’ whatever he wants to say about who he wants to say it about. And I’m still not feelin that lil thing he did at the Lincoln Memorial on MLK’s annisversary… Cretin.
Well now that the novelty has worn off, his ass is off to greener pastures. I hope he gets the mental health assistance he needs while he’s out there.
Let’s all just hope he doesnt get a wild hair up his ass, and decided to run for Prez…
