Mr. Officer: ID Please…

by datGurl!

This man pulled it off. just like that Student Body President at Fresno State here in Cali, except his situ is a little worse.

Rafael Espinoza was a widely respected and ‘expemplary’ police officer in Anchorage Alaska. “His reputation here is one of a hard-working officer, one who was very professional,” Anchorage Police Chief Mark Mew at a recent news conference.

The problem is he is not Rafael Espinoza, but Rafael Mora-Lopez, an illegal immigrant who stole another man’s identity in 2005. How’s that for ballz?

Rafael appeared in U.S. District Court and plead not guilty to passport fraud (up to 10 in the clink). All this came out when he was applyin’ for a passport renewal. (His age, like his whole life, turned out to be a lie too; he told the Feds he was 47 yrs old, the police have him listed as 51.) There are no ‘immediate’ plans to file charges-shyt is “still under investigation.” Sounds to me like the blue wagons are circlin’ the camp, lookin’ for a way to let this guy off…

The realRafael Espinoza is a U.S. citizen who lives just outside Alaska.

This is gonna be some shyt. Can you imagine all the court cases they have to go back through, if he testified in them? How many mofos are givin’ away they commissary right now, because they know their case is about to be thrown out over this?

This case is almost like that mofo who took the identity of a dead cousin who was a U.S. citizen, to become a Milwaukee police officer. (Maybe this is where he got this idea from…)

Oscar Ayala-Cornejo was deported to Mexico in 2007. Good for his lyin’ ass…

I wonder how he functioned everyday, knowin’ this house of cards could fall at any moment. *I* would have been nervous as a cat, if somebody even called my name too loud… But they say he passed the pre-employment polygraph (now we know why these mofo’s carry no weight in court) and the background check (more Tom Fuckery). A national fingerprint check turned up empty. (And he still got the job?)

I’d say identity theft, lyin’ to the Feds, fraud and perjury charges should be filed against him. All these cases he’s about to f*ck up need to be laid at his feet too, and once thats done, deportation is in order.

These two and Pedro Ramirez, the Student Body president, makes me think if they really did background checks, they’d find a lot more people pretendin’ to be somebody else… The clerk at the store, the police officer goin by on the motorcycle, the assistant to the city attorney… You never know.

Somethin’ to think about as you start your day…

Meg, Meg, Meg…

by datGurl!
“I Lied!”

Just to be clear:  I never endorsed you as Governor of California.  Granted,  we need to get Arnold’s sorry ass outta the mansion, but you aren’t the ‘replacement of choice’.  (But y’all both ugly than a mofo!)

Your plan to eliminate the capital gains tax for you and the rest of your rich cronies was a line of bullshyt to me, the rich still helpin’ the rich and leavin’  us po’ folks with our asses flailin’ in the wind…

Now we have this undocumented worker thingy.  (Sad that this would happen right when you thought you had the election in the bag, but hey-this is how politics work.)

I have a few questions for you:

1. This woman worked for you for 9 years. There was never a reason to review her papers?  Her history never came up between you and this ‘part of the family’ person?

2. I cannot and will not believe that this woman CAME TO YOU and told you she was illegal.  Illegals don’t go around “offerin’ up ” that info on the daily, just because they havin’ a pang of conscious.  Why do you think they run in droves when someone mentions “Immigration”?

3.  The 2003 letter.  How can you say that YOU never saw it?  Most ‘women of the house’ see and touch everything that comes through their homes.  And business-people such as yourself check their mail daily.  You THAT important you don’t read your own mail?

4.  Now that the letter has been produced with your Hubby’s writin’ on it, (This after he stood next to you and agreed with you that NEITHER of you saw this letter) are you goin’ to say (and expect American to believe,) that HE DIDNT read it, and simply passed it to Nikki to ‘follow-up’ on?   Because he wanted to make sure she ‘got her social security benefits?   Such a letter did not make him suspect there was a ‘problem with her information’??

5.  Did you pay any payroll taxes for this employee??   That’s a ‘ripe’ question right  now…

6. If you were so surprised, shocked and appalled when this woman ‘supposedly’ came to you and told you she was illegal, why would you make a statement like this:

‘I cannot help you and do not say anything to my children. I will tell them you already have a new job and that you want to go to school and from now on, you don’t know me and I do not know you. You have never seen me and I have never seen you. Do you understand me?’”

Of course, all this right before your announcing your run for Arnold’s job.

This puts a big stain on that supposedly pristine image of yours.  You beat the bushes on illegal immigration,  yet diggin’ in the pot from the other end.  How hypocritical.  Thats’ par for the course with Republican gang members.

I don’t know why your camp is tryin’ to paint Jerry Brown  and the Dems as the villains, and that this is a smear campaign.  YOUR THE ONE who put immigration reform at the top of your campaign list, and YOUR THE ONE who had the illegal Mexican workin’ for you.  For NINE years!   It’s just ‘unfortunate’ that you got busted *thisclose* to the election, and a shot of good luck for the Brown camp and the Dems that you did.

Sounds kinda admirable for you to offer to take a lie-detector test, but realistically that’s just window dressin’.    How well will you do when you  AND YOU HUSBAND have already lied?

First: “Neither my husband or I received such a letter.”
Now:  “I honestly do not recall receiving this letter”

You got caught,  plain and simple.  You and your hubby were fully informed and fully understood there was a problem with this woman’s documentation, and CHOSE to do nothin’.    Maybe you didn’t think you HAD to do anything.  That it would just go away…   Now its bitin’ you in your baggy, saggy ass.

I would stay away from the polygraph thingy if I were you…
