Boston Bombers: One Down, One To Go…?

News reports this morning are sayin’ that there was a gun battle last night in which one of the as yet unidentified marathon bombers was shot and killed, the one in the black hat, supposedly.   A police officer was also killed.

Now my question is this: All they have is grainy footage and video on these suspects, and haven’t released any names,  so how do they know the man killed last night was one of the suspects?

I hate to say it, but I don’t think they have any leads.  They single these two guys out after viewin’ miles of footage.   Because they had big backpacks.  The public is demandin’ they solve this crime, and they are tryin’ to get the answers the people are askin’ for.

Then again,  they did say they found a crushed pressure cooker…

This man pulled it off. just like that Student Body President at Fresno State here in Cali, except his situ is a little worse.

Rafael Espinoza was a widely respected and ‘expemplary’ police officer in Anchorage Alaska. “His reputation here is one of a hard-working officer, one who was very professional,” Anchorage Police Chief Mark Mew at a recent news conference.

The problem is he is not Rafael Espinoza, but Rafael Mora-Lopez, an illegal immigrant who stole another man’s identity in 2005. How’s that for ballz?

Rafael appeared in U.S. District Court and plead not guilty to passport fraud (up to 10 in the clink). All this came out when he was applyin’ for a passport renewal. (His age, like his whole life, turned out to be a lie too; he told the Feds he was 47 yrs old, the police have him listed as 51.) There are no ‘immediate’ plans to file charges-shyt is “still under investigation.” Sounds to me like the blue wagons are circlin’ the camp, lookin’ for a way to let this guy off…

This is gonna be some shyt. Can you imagine all the court cases they have to go back through, if he testified in them? How many mofos are givin’ away they commissary right now, because they know their case is about to be thrown out over this?

This case is almost like that mofo who took the identity of a dead cousin who was a U.S. citizen, to become a Milwaukee police officer. (Maybe this is where he got this idea from…)

I wonder how he functioned everyday, knowin’ this house of cards could fall at any moment. *I* would have been nervous as a cat, if somebody even called my name too loud… But they say he passed the pre-employment polygraph (now we know why these mofo’s carry no weight in court) and the background check (more Tom Fuckery). A national fingerprint check turned up empty. (And he still got the job?)

I’d say identity theft, lyin’ to the Feds, fraud and perjury charges should be filed against him. All these cases he’s about to f*ck up need to be laid at his feet too, and once thats done, deportation is in order.

These two and Pedro Ramirez, the Student Body president, makes me think if they really did background checks, they’d find a lot more people pretendin’ to be somebody else… The clerk at the store, the police officer goin by on the motorcycle, the assistant to the city attorney… You never know.

Though the law is passed,  the 5-0 still keepin’ they eye on Ray.  To prevent them from storm-troopin’ his classroom in swat-gear,  tryin’ to arrest him, he uses basil and other legal house plant to teach the class.

Although medical marijuana does create some gray areas for police, “it is possible, certainly, to grow marijuana legally,” said Portland police Lt. Gary Rogers.     There you have it: The 5-0 are on board too.

You have a person who will not calm down.  This person had just tossed a TV and some chairs across the room, and is now tryin’ to ram a cart through a door to an office where adults and children fled for safety.

You call 5-0.

When they get there, this person had a foot long piece of wood, trimmed to a point (for stabbin’?) in one hand, and a cardboard box (for body parts?) in the other.

“Come get me, f*cker!”

The first pepper shot was blocked by the cardboard box.  The second shot hit him in the side of the head.  He went down, and was cuffed up.  The standoff was over.

Aidan Elliot is 8 years old, and on TV yesterday with his mother sayin’ pepper-sprayin’ an ‘unruly ‘ 8 yr old is too much.   Really?

5-0 says it was the best choice.

This is not the first time this lil boy has been talked down by police from showin’ his ass.   There are two earlier incidents the police were called to this school for this lil boy.

The latest shyt started on the bus, him screamin’  and actin’ a fool.   After breakfast he continued, throwin’  chairs at his teachers, threatenin to slap them around, bein’ “very aggressive and violent.”   They barricaded themselves in an office and called police,  while he tried to bust the door down threatenin’ to kill them all.

“I’m going to kill you once you get out of that room.”

My opinion: His little ass deserved that and more.  His mother shouldnt be glorifyin’ his little ass with TV appearances -they on GMA today- and all this support as if he didn’t do anything but bat his lil eyes.   He needs an ass whuppin’;  ain’t no way in the world that a child of mine would show his ass anywhere like this,  and expect me not to go upside that head with the quickness.

All she’s doin’ is showin this kid that there are no consequences for his actions, and if there are, its cash on the wood.  Mamma will stand down with him, even if he is in the wrong.   All the way to the bank (or ‘check-cashin’ place’)

This lil mofo is armed and threatenin’ to harm his teachers and classmates?  Destroyin’ public property?  Tauntin’  the police when they do get there?

“I will kill you mother-f*ckers.”

In real life, had he been older, the consequences would have been a cap busted in his ass, and the police on TV talkin’ about how they had no choice but to ‘take him out’.

Had this been 10 yrs from now we’d be readin’ about little Aidan shootin’ up the school and killin’ those classmates…

Right now his stupid mother,  Mandy is filin’ papers against the 5-0.   Lookin for a payday.  (Why does everyone in American think everything is a lawsuit??) She should be whuppin’ his ‘grown’ ass.    She claims he doesn’t act this way at home, only at school.  I don’t believe that, because she also said in the same article,  that she’s “tried puttin’ him on meds but they don’t work”.  (So then, if this performance is only for school, why the meds?   I’m jus’ sayin’… )

Mother Mandy better stop seein’ dollar $igns and blaming her son’s issues on everybody else, expecting the school district to solve his behavioural problems.    This child by the statements he’s made, needs a mental help.   She needs to get her son that help before there is a real tragedy.

So, minions, what do you think?  Should  Aidan’s bad ass been peppered sprayed,  once he was out of control?  Should the police instead had tried to ‘talk him down’?  Did the school do the right thing in callin the 5-0?

Po’ thang.  I guess he was some overcome with joy when his baby gurl was born, he forgot himself, what he had,  and where he was.   Or maybe he didn’t give a f*ck…  IDK.

This fool, celebratin’ the baby’s birth,  just str8 stepped into the designated smokin’ area of a hospital (in Uniontown PA.), and put one in the air!   (For those who profess not to don’t  know what that is, it means light up a fatty, a blunt,  a joint, a stick, a whateva they called it in your day… in public)

Some Nurse Ratched was on her own  smoke break, when she smelled the chronic.  She told the Mr. Security Guard, who called the 5.0.

When Sgt. Grabiak got there, the man pulled his sack out of his shoe, and told the police. “I’m having a baby and wanted to get a buzz.”

Of course they gon’ slap him with a possession of Mary Jane charge, but let his high & happy (and dumb!) ass go home, released to a family member, to finish his lil celebration…

Ain’t the police just nice sometimes?

The F*cked Up World We Live In

I’ve been holdin’ off on this post for a few days.  Re-readin’ it and re-writin’ it.  No matter how many times I come to the same conclusion:  There will be no justice for Oscar Grant.    And anybody like him.

We all heard that The Murderer With A Badge, Johannes Mehserle, was sentenced to a measly two years behind bars for the murder of Oscar Grant.

They may as well have said this 22 yr old boy’s life wasnt worth shyt.

He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter-the first problem with this issue to me.   He didn’t ‘involuntarily do anything that night.  This boy was unarmed, not resistin’ and lyin’ on his stomach, when he very ‘voluntarily’ shot him,  at almost point-blank range , in the back. 

There was several video captured by several witnesses.  There was testimony by several witnesses.  What more did they want?

The defense relied on this stupid fact:  He did not intentionally pull the gun; he mistakenly reached for the gun instead of a taser he meant to use.   This was all a horrible accident.    Arent these two items on different sides of the belt?  Wasnt he supposed to know which side either was on?  Didnt “whatever he pulled“, sweep into his line of vision before he fired the round?

That was some bullshyt and they know it.   But it evidently worked.  The lug was facin’ up to 14 in the slammer.   Came out with two- the charge usually runs about 4, but they gave his ass credit for time served (292 days) which amounts to what?  and I got a feelin’ they didn’t really want to give him that…

What Oscar Grants Life Was Worth:

Sentence: 2 Lousy Years = 730 calendar days
-Time Served = 292 days to make up that story

Sadly comes to roughly 438 Days/About 15 Months, 12.5 days for the life of Oscar Grant

And when they chop that up with good time and under-cover “good ole boy” credits, it will be less than that…  His family is sentenced to Life.

They gave Micheal Vick more than that for killin’ a dayumm dog.

I’ve read some comments online and am appalled to see people sayin’ things like “career thug” and “lowlife” in reference to The Late Mr. Grant.   That he caused his own death by fightin’  on the train platform (which I don’t think was ever proven); he was “ghetto-ized” and portrayed as an animal and a savage.  He basically deserved to die.

The man died on his stomach, shot in the back.   Regardless of his life history, his criminal record, how many baby mamas he had, what ever the f*ck, he did not deserve to die like this, and then  nobody pay for it.

This is the story of the Black Man’s life.  Google the shyt.   You will be amazed at the returns and spend all night readin’ the shyt, marvelin’ at how many there actually are.   The police started this shyt with that  famous “they felt threatened” and  felt their “life was in danger.” excuse.      That was all they needed to justify pumpin’ 41 caps (connectin’ with 19!) at close range, into an unarmed man (Amadou Diallo) whose only crime was havin’ his wallet in his hand.    They were acquitted.

Now they don’t even need that.

Sean Bell- killed on the eve of his wedding.  The lobbed 50 caps at these three boys killin’ Sean-just leavin his bachelor party.  Found Not Guilty.  Patrick Dorismond (didnt even indict this mofo), Johnny Gammage (charges dropped), Abner Louima (the only one who got some kinda justice: the ringleader , Volpe,  got 30 yrs in prison.   Another got 15 yrs and one – you guessed it-Not Guilty!), Jean Charles de Menezes (7x in the head-No Coviction), and the GrandDaddy of ‘em all, Rodney King (They first acquitted all four of those devils and caused the 1992 Major Ass-Tearin’ of Los Angeles, worse thing since the infamous 1965 Watts Riots.   After that, a Fed court sent two of those mofos to prison for a while but still acquitted the other two.  Smh.  We have to act ugly to get a lil respect.)    There was  a 19 yr old girl years ago here in Cali, Tyisha Shenee Miller, fired on 24 times sittin’ in her car in a mall parkin’ lot.    She was holdin her cellphone…Four to the head killed her.    She was labeled a gangbanger,  and they walked.

Do you think that any man, Black or White could shoot and kill a police officer  (in the back), KILL HIM, and then claim he accidently pulled his gun, reachin’ for, say, his lighter?  H3ll to the naw;  f*ck whatever  he talkin’ about, he’d be labled a cop killer, tried and convicted in two ticks and thrown under the jail for the rest of his life or till they give him that hot shot-which ever came first.  No questions asked or even pondered…

The thing is, The Murder of  Oscar Grant  just follows the pattern, really.   I was actually surprised, ( knowin’ how wrong he was), that he was even indicted.   Because in almost all cases, the officer is somehow found justified, and no one pays for the loss of life.      This is the law of our land, evidently.  This is somethin’  theywant us we will  have to live with till the end of time.      A Black man (or woman) can be brutally murdered by The Man and its of no consequence to anyone.    This case just further solidifies that.    Unless there is a miracle.

 I’m just lookin’ at this bullshyt about Lindsay “Loser Bytch” Lohan, and wonderin’, when are they gonna stop slappin’ these celebs on the hand and sendin’ them back out to play.

Lindsday played the courts to her satisfaction, for real!  ”This broad literally  ignored the courts when they were first kissin’ her ass, went all the way to Paris on an ankle bracelet and was photog’d there partyin’ with a drink in her hand.   Violation of Probation,  and this was in 2007.    Took them 3 years just to bring her ass to court.

That’s not happenin’  in the world I live in.  

America waited till she was ready to come back,  only to appear in court with “Fuck You’ clearly displayed prominently on her fingernails (that she kept up in her face to be seen, while tryin’ to sway the judge with crocodile tears,) and then she was given  90-days in rehab, a jail sentence to her, of which she only served 14 funky-ass days and was ‘released’.

Now this bytch is at it again. TWO  dirty drug test for meth.  Judge issued a warrant and then stayed it, while they “determine if she violated her probation.   

 MOFO!!  A dirty test for dope is usually a pretty good sign!

And they said that she MIGHT do 30 days on that.  Well WTF.  Normally, a VOP is atleast 90 days…  Easy.

Me or You?  Clapped in irons and banished to the dungeon.  And when we finally get to court, aint no flowers bloomin’ and birds singin’ in there;  They throwin’ the book at your ass, and off to the hoosegow  you go for ALL of that 90 days if not longer, dependin’ on what on paper.

I dont know of any meth-heads who enjoy this kinds of treatment.  They dont have enought money I guess…

Paris Hilton been playin’ the courts for about a good 2 years herself.  When they FINALLY send this bimbo to jail for her transgressions, SHE is released (and it was a televised media event -lights, camera, action!) after servin’ only a fraction of her time, and went out and continued to show her ass.  

This cocked-eyed (what the hell IS  wrong with that eye??) smoked trees at the World Cup.  Slapped on the wrist.  Now she gets busted with coke, lies about it, and what?   “Allowed to plead guilty and sentenced to probation“.   WTF is up with that?!!!

What is the reason for all this?  Is it because they are celebrities?  Is it because they have money?  Or maybe its because somebody is afraid for their safety.  I’m not sure…

What they need to do is treat them just like “Rashawn” and “Lil Ray-Ray“.   Throw they asses under the jail if they break the law.  No more hand-slappin’ and ass kissin’.  Coz they surely aren’t appreciative or grateful.  They keep goin’ out and tearin’ they asses, like they almost KNOW its gonna be alright.     And the sad part is that judge or officer who kissed they ass? 

They won’t even remember his/her name once those bars slide open, and they back in the free world again.
