This man pulled it off. just like that Student Body President at Fresno State here in Cali, except his situ is a little worse.

Rafael Espinoza was a widely respected and ‘expemplary’ police officer in Anchorage Alaska. “His reputation here is one of a hard-working officer, one who was very professional,” Anchorage Police Chief Mark Mew at a recent news conference.

The problem is he is not Rafael Espinoza, but Rafael Mora-Lopez, an illegal immigrant who stole another man’s identity in 2005. How’s that for ballz?

Rafael appeared in U.S. District Court and plead not guilty to passport fraud (up to 10 in the clink). All this came out when he was applyin’ for a passport renewal. (His age, like his whole life, turned out to be a lie too; he told the Feds he was 47 yrs old, the police have him listed as 51.) There are no ‘immediate’ plans to file charges-shyt is “still under investigation.” Sounds to me like the blue wagons are circlin’ the camp, lookin’ for a way to let this guy off…

The realRafael Espinoza is a U.S. citizen who lives just outside Alaska.

This is gonna be some shyt. Can you imagine all the court cases they have to go back through, if he testified in them? How many mofos are givin’ away they commissary right now, because they know their case is about to be thrown out over this?

This case is almost like that mofo who took the identity of a dead cousin who was a U.S. citizen, to become a Milwaukee police officer. (Maybe this is where he got this idea from…)

Oscar Ayala-Cornejo was deported to Mexico in 2007. Good for his lyin’ ass…

I wonder how he functioned everyday, knowin’ this house of cards could fall at any moment. *I* would have been nervous as a cat, if somebody even called my name too loud… But they say he passed the pre-employment polygraph (now we know why these mofo’s carry no weight in court) and the background check (more Tom Fuckery). A national fingerprint check turned up empty. (And he still got the job?)

I’d say identity theft, lyin’ to the Feds, fraud and perjury charges should be filed against him. All these cases he’s about to f*ck up need to be laid at his feet too, and once thats done, deportation is in order.

These two and Pedro Ramirez, the Student Body president, makes me think if they really did background checks, they’d find a lot more people pretendin’ to be somebody else… The clerk at the store, the police officer goin by on the motorcycle, the assistant to the city attorney… You never know.

Lawd- if this don’t just beat the brakes off it all. 

A man was in a Memphis Wal-Mart doin’ his Black Friday thing’, when an off-duty police officer moonlightin’ as a security guard,  ’instructed him to pull up his pants.   Granted,  the man was saggin‘.   It’s not a fashion statement I agree with, but I don’t knock nobody’s hustle.   If you want to wear your pants like that and look stupid, do so.   And if you don’t like it, don’t look.

Normally I would say some nosey-ass, no life havin’, menopausal females had ‘complained’ that his pants were too low and they didn’t like the looks of his red (oh lawd) underwear.   But when you can see the imprint of his ass and the ‘family jewels’ clear as day, we do have a problem.

Dude, Mario Bernard Johnson, pulled ‘em up and continued on with his lil shoppin’  spree.  Later on, when he appeared in the checkout line, his jewels and ass were again on display.   So he didn’t do what he was told.   From there,  it was a lot of loud talkin’, finger pointin’, and profanity which ended in his dumb ass goin’ down for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

Shyt is an actual crime in Flint MI!

Dummy.  All he had to do was pull up his pants or just left the store. 

I guess he could consider himself lucky.  One dude was shot dead in his’ exposed’  ass by a man who asked him to not show his undies…

But why arrested?  I’ve seen chicken heads with all the thong showin’ out the top of those low riser pants.  Blouses and tops cuts deeper than J-Lo’s 2005  green Versace she wore to the BET Awards.  Or with a mini skirt on so short, when they take a breath, ass cheeks appear and  goodies are exposed.     But they aren’t goin’ to jail…      Then again I guess it depends on where you are, if people complain (or lust) enough, and if there is a disgruntled off-duty police officer around.

The F*cked Up World We Live In

I’ve been holdin’ off on this post for a few days.  Re-readin’ it and re-writin’ it.  No matter how many times I come to the same conclusion:  There will be no justice for Oscar Grant.    And anybody like him.

We all heard that The Murderer With A Badge, Johannes Mehserle, was sentenced to a measly two years behind bars for the murder of Oscar Grant.

They may as well have said this 22 yr old boy’s life wasnt worth shyt.

He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter-the first problem with this issue to me.   He didn’t ‘involuntarily do anything that night.  This boy was unarmed, not resistin’ and lyin’ on his stomach, when he very ‘voluntarily’ shot him,  at almost point-blank range , in the back. 

There was several video captured by several witnesses.  There was testimony by several witnesses.  What more did they want?

The defense relied on this stupid fact:  He did not intentionally pull the gun; he mistakenly reached for the gun instead of a taser he meant to use.   This was all a horrible accident.    Arent these two items on different sides of the belt?  Wasnt he supposed to know which side either was on?  Didnt “whatever he pulled“, sweep into his line of vision before he fired the round?

That was some bullshyt and they know it.   But it evidently worked.  The lug was facin’ up to 14 in the slammer.   Came out with two- the charge usually runs about 4, but they gave his ass credit for time served (292 days) which amounts to what?  and I got a feelin’ they didn’t really want to give him that…

What Oscar Grants Life Was Worth:

Sentence: 2 Lousy Years = 730 calendar days
-Time Served = 292 days to make up that story

Sadly comes to roughly 438 Days/About 15 Months, 12.5 days for the life of Oscar Grant

And when they chop that up with good time and under-cover “good ole boy” credits, it will be less than that…  His family is sentenced to Life.

They gave Micheal Vick more than that for killin’ a dayumm dog.

I’ve read some comments online and am appalled to see people sayin’ things like “career thug” and “lowlife” in reference to The Late Mr. Grant.   That he caused his own death by fightin’  on the train platform (which I don’t think was ever proven); he was “ghetto-ized” and portrayed as an animal and a savage.  He basically deserved to die.

The man died on his stomach, shot in the back.   Regardless of his life history, his criminal record, how many baby mamas he had, what ever the f*ck, he did not deserve to die like this, and then  nobody pay for it.

This is the story of the Black Man’s life.  Google the shyt.   You will be amazed at the returns and spend all night readin’ the shyt, marvelin’ at how many there actually are.   The police started this shyt with that  famous “they felt threatened” and  felt their “life was in danger.” excuse.      That was all they needed to justify pumpin’ 41 caps (connectin’ with 19!) at close range, into an unarmed man (Amadou Diallo) whose only crime was havin’ his wallet in his hand.    They were acquitted.

Now they don’t even need that.

Sean Bell- killed on the eve of his wedding.  The lobbed 50 caps at these three boys killin’ Sean-just leavin his bachelor party.  Found Not Guilty.  Patrick Dorismond (didnt even indict this mofo), Johnny Gammage (charges dropped), Abner Louima (the only one who got some kinda justice: the ringleader , Volpe,  got 30 yrs in prison.   Another got 15 yrs and one – you guessed it-Not Guilty!), Jean Charles de Menezes (7x in the head-No Coviction), and the GrandDaddy of ‘em all, Rodney King (They first acquitted all four of those devils and caused the 1992 Major Ass-Tearin’ of Los Angeles, worse thing since the infamous 1965 Watts Riots.   After that, a Fed court sent two of those mofos to prison for a while but still acquitted the other two.  Smh.  We have to act ugly to get a lil respect.)    There was  a 19 yr old girl years ago here in Cali, Tyisha Shenee Miller, fired on 24 times sittin’ in her car in a mall parkin’ lot.    She was holdin her cellphone…Four to the head killed her.    She was labeled a gangbanger,  and they walked.

Do you think that any man, Black or White could shoot and kill a police officer  (in the back), KILL HIM, and then claim he accidently pulled his gun, reachin’ for, say, his lighter?  H3ll to the naw;  f*ck whatever  he talkin’ about, he’d be labled a cop killer, tried and convicted in two ticks and thrown under the jail for the rest of his life or till they give him that hot shot-which ever came first.  No questions asked or even pondered…

The thing is, The Murder of  Oscar Grant  just follows the pattern, really.   I was actually surprised, ( knowin’ how wrong he was), that he was even indicted.   Because in almost all cases, the officer is somehow found justified, and no one pays for the loss of life.      This is the law of our land, evidently.  This is somethin’  theywant us we will  have to live with till the end of time.      A Black man (or woman) can be brutally murdered by The Man and its of no consequence to anyone.    This case just further solidifies that.    Unless there is a miracle.

Nekkid With A Badge

Ok I understand there are pressures on the job, and might make some people do things they don’t normally do.  But this dummy here…

I don’t know.

Some people  in Cathedral City CA were in a family backyard pool when some nosy no- life havin’ spinster called the 5-0 about loud noise comin’ from the backyard. 

It was after 3 a.m.  I guess…

When the officer arrived, instead of investigatin’ the noise complaint, he started askin’ the homeowner why he wasnt in the pool with the ladies,  as he was bein let into the house.   (The homeowner, his wifey and a ‘family friendgurl’ evidently was about to have it goin’ on!)

A woman, ID’s only as “Sonia”, said she was in the pool “clothed” (in a suit) and someone said “Do you want to come in?”  The next thing they know this mofo done stripped down to “buck-ass nekkid”, leavin’ his piece and uniform on a pool-side table, and is in the pool feelin’ up  ’Sonia’!

(*insert mood music: “Its Rainin’ Men”*)

The homeowner said he didn’t know what to do, and just grabbed his celly and started snappin’ flics.  And then called 911. Smart move, dude.  When the nekkid officer playin’ in the pool heard the call over his radio (sittin’ poolside)- he jumped out, grabbed his shyt, and ran to his car.

The Cathedral City Police dept is conductin’ a ” professional standards investigation.”    His nekkid ass is, of course, on “paid administrative leave pending the results of the criminal and internal investigations.”   

And then there’s  lawsuit we know is comin’.

His ass is in the news today.  Po’ thang.   They didn’t offer the cretin’s name in the story,  but said he had been with the force a lil over 5 years.  I wonder what possessed him to do somethin’ so stupid and reckless?  What he stressed out, havin’ a mental breakdown or somethin’, at that moment?   Or maybe he had smoked some dayumm good weed, and his “freak-ums” came out…

Now let’s see how police justice handles this one:    Will the internal investigation find that he did ANYTHING wrong?  And if so, will it be based on a mental breakdown and ‘job pressure’, and he go to ‘rehab’ (like Tiger Woo!) and all is ‘kinda’ forgiven?  Or will they really charge this fool with professional  misconduct and sexual battery like he should be, because it look like he broke a few laws here…  And hey- was there really a complaint call?

Whatever the case, he got some ‘splainin’ to do.

Addin’ Insult to Injury…

Sean Bell and Nicole Paultre Bell

 How’s this for a load:  The officer accused in the shootin’ death of 23-year-old,  groom-to-be  Sean Bell -an unarmed Black Man who died in a hail of 50+ bullets the day before he was to marry his sweetheart in 2006-has filed a ‘countersuit’ against Sean’s estate claimin’ he was injured by the man before his death. 

Now aint that a bytch!?!? 

Officer Michael Carey claims in his lil suit, that he “suffered severe leg injuries” after Sean got behind the wheel intoxicated.    He says Sean crashed into his cruiser (before he got out bustin’ caps?).  H e also claims Sean wasn’t wearing glasses or contact lenses despite having poor eyesight.    I guess it’s a crime to forget your glasses… 

NYPD Nincompoop Ofc. Michael Carey

Officers Michael Oliver, Marc Cooper and Gescard Isnora were acquitted in 2008 of manslaughter, assault and reckless endangerment charges even though 5-0 says that Oliver stopped to reload his weapon, firing 31 of the 50 shots that filled the vehicle.   (The feds  decided not to bring civil rights charges against the officers in February citing “insufficient evidence” -MY ASS!) 

It’s a countersuit because Sean’s fiance/widow Nicole Paultre Bell filed a wrongful death suit against NY City and the NYPD.  That might be why he’s mad. 

This cretin had got to be kiddin’! 

This story is gettin sooooooo old.  Police kill Black Men on the daily, and go to court and are “acquitted”.    There’s never enough ‘evidence’, or they somehow make the vic responsible for their death.  

This just add so much insult to the injury.  You kill my man/son/father/nephew/cousin/homie/lover/friend, and your supposed to get paid?

I just can’t believe this is really happenin’…

Flyin’ Shyt in Seattle

Shyt is flyin’ in Seattle!  The police socked the shyt outta a 17 yr old girl!  And its ‘caught on tape’!

It all started when the officer spotted a man jaywalkin’ on MLK Way S.  The man was about 15 ft from the pedestrian overpass.   The office was talkin’ to the guy, when he saw four young ladies do the same thing, on the same street, at the same spot.   Guess that’s why he was mad…

The officer asked the women to step over to his patrol car, but the women were bein’ “verbally antagonistic toward the officer,” according to officials.    Accordin’ to officals…yeah right.

One of the girls started top walk away, so the officer ‘had to walk over and escort her back to his car.    The girl then “began to tense up her arm, and pull away from the officer while yelling at him,” investigators said.    The officer told the girl to place her hands on his patrol car, but she refused.    When the officer tried to grab hold of her, “she pulled away and twisted, breaking free of the officer’s grip several times,” the blotter report said.

When the officer tried to handcuff the girl, another girl, this one 17 years old, intervened and placed her hands on the officer’s arm, “causing the officer to believe she was attempting to physically affect the first subject’s escape,” police said.

The ” unidentified officer”  pushed back the second girl, but the girl came back at him. The officer then punched her, police said.    The officer then handcuffed the 19-year-old woman.   Backup arrived and helped handcuff the second girl.

Both teens were cited for jaywalkin’.   (What ever happened to the guy?)   The older girl  was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of obstructing an officer.     The 17-year-old girl was booked into the Youth Service Center for investigation of assault of an officer.  WTF???

Nobody was injured in the incident, police said.   How was no one injured?  That girl probably has a super black eye today. 

This officer lost his cool.  And was out of line.  He should be fired, not  just disciplined.   In my opinion.   Seattle Police Officers Guild President Rich O’Neil says an officer was justified …

“Onion Field” Killer Seeks Parole

Remember the movie “The Onion Field”?    It was a based on the 1973 best-sellin’ non- ficiton*  novel by Joseph Wambaugh on the most infamous cop killin’ in history.

The story chronicled the  March 9,1963  kidnappin’ of two LAPD plainclothes officers, Officers Ian Campbell  (who was subsequently killed) and Karl Hettinger, by a pair of thugs-Jimmy Lee Smith,  a.k.a “Jimmy Youngblood”  and Gregory Ulas Powell durin’ a traffic stop. 

The two drove the officers to onion fields in Bakersfield Cali, where Ian was shot and killed.   Karl managed to escape, runnin’ 4 miles to a farmhouse for help.   Powell and Smith were arrested, tried and sentenced to death in November, 1963.    Their sentences were commuted to life in prison with the possibility of parole in the early 1970s when the death penalty was declared unconstitutional.

Karl was scorned by his fellow officers (because he surrendered his gun when Powell drew down on Ian and demanded he do so-what else could he do?) and suffered serious bouts of depression and  emotional trauma, for running for his life that night.       He was eventually forced to resign in 1966.  He died in 1994 at the age of 59, havin’ never escaped that onion field on the night of March 9, 1963…. 

 The book and  movie are both awesome!   James Woods  kills it as  Gregory  Powell!

Gregory Ulas Powell, after 50 years behind bars, has a parole hearing comin’ today.    Police Union Prez Paul Weber is urgin’  the board to deny the request, citin’ he “has not paid his debt to society”.    50 years is not enuff…I guess.   Powell has previously been denied parole 11 times.

Jimmy Lee  Smith was released in 1982, but violated several times on drug-related shyt.   In December 2006, he failed to report to his parole officer and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  In February 2007, he was arrested on Skid Row in downtown L.A. and charged with violating his parole, and sent to the Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic, California.     On April 7, 2007, while in that facility, he died of an apparent heart attack .    He was  76.

She is now on “modified duty,” and will face charges of sleeping on the job and “other security and performance-related” charges.

The Black Scott Peterson

     A massive search ended in sadness Saturday when authorities announced they found a body believed to be a pregnant woman who vanished from her home a week earlier. A police officer believed to be the father of the unborn child was arrested on two counts of murder. Jessie Davis, 26, who was due to deliver a baby girl on July 3, was reported missing after her mother found Davis’ 2-year-old son home alone, bedroom furniture toppled and bleach spilled on the floor. The boy gave investigators their first clues. “Mommy was crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy’s in rug,” the boy said.

Thousands of volunteers had searched for Davis over several days, while investigators continued to question Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, who is the father of Davis’ son but is married to another woman.  (Where is Wifey in all this?)

Investigators were mum on many details of their work until they announced Cutts was taken into custody Saturday and was to be arraigned on charges of murder in the deaths of Davis and her unborn child.

The Stark County Sheriff’s Department also said a woman’s body was recovered in Summit County at 3:30 p.m. Authorities did not give a location but said they believed it to be Davis.

Now this is THE stoopidest negro in America.  First off he was cheatin on his wife with this woman and had not one but TWO children with her (one on the way).  Then it was stated that he went to the house and discovered her dead, calls a friend (Myesha-who has been arrested for obstruction of justice) to come help him “move the body.  Coz “he didn’t do it and knew he would be blamed for it.” (Idiot)

Now her, on the other hand, (God rest her soul) she aint all that innocent in this either.  Not blamin her for her own death,  but to sleep with another woman’s husband and THEN have children with him while he is still married to that woman is scandalous.  Just scandelous.   And God forgive me, but if she had not died and he was my husband she would have gotten a beat down soon as I found out about the affair and she wouldn’t have had the FIRST child let alone two while I was married to him… 

You kno they ‘gon kill this boy right?  He in Klan Kountry too?
