He really thinks he can get off for this crime.  Why else would he turn down the deal that took the DP off the table in exchange for Life Without A Pop? Does he think he can go thru a trial and win?

The trial of those cretins (I refuse to give them any more publicity by using their names) who killed that angel, Shaniya Davis has finally begun.  Y’all remember the case.  This was the one where that imbecile, whore of a mother gave her baby to the dope man to pay her debt, and he took her to a hotel, raped and killed her.  A five-year-old.

Jury selection is on right now.  How I wish I could be on that jury…  His ass is facing the DP.  Reports this morning say if he pleads guilty, the judge will go straight to the sentencing phase.  I hope he does and spares this angel’s loved ones more grief listenin’ to the details.

That nimrod had the nerve to say this late in the game that he didnt do it.  I think a picture is worth a million words, don’t you?

Gods Plan?

George Zimmerman was on Hannity last night “tellin’ his story.”  He said the usual shyt, tryin’ to say Trayvon was whuppin’ his ass, he feared for his life, and had to kill this child to save his own life.

Bullshyt.

He said he didn’t regret killin’ Trayvon.  It was “God’s plan.” What tha phuckety-phuck???  God’s plan to take the life of a child so violently? 

This guy is somethin’ else.

He looked dead into the camera (again!) and ‘apologized’ to the family, and even said he wanted to meet with them.  For what?   What would he say.  

Not without a beatdown.

To me, his credibility is shot.  He has told two different versions of what happened that night. The lies and deceit about the money shows the mofo ain’t right.  Witness #9 came forward with the fact this perv sexually molested her as a child.  And she dropped the bomb that him and his whole fam bam are racists;  they often spoke of how they hated black people and only tolerated them if they “acted white.”

I think its ludicrous that this mofo can solicit money online, and there are actually people sendin’ him money in defense of killin’ this child…

Here in The Lone Star, we just got thru our own versión of a Stand Your Ground Law.  I thought Florida made that shyt up; I was shocked to know Texas evidently has one too.

This Raul Rodriguez invoked this shyt when he shot and killed 36 yr old Kelly Danaher and wounded three other people. This mofo had a video camera, filmin’ as he was walkin’ up on the people standin’ in the man’s driveway.

Kelly, a Harris County school teacher, was havin’ a birthday party for his wifey, Mindy. Her birthday will never be the same…

On the vid, Rodriguez, a retired firefighter and already described by neighbors as a bully, can be heard sayin’ over and over, “I am in fear for my life! Get back, get back!”

His ass was convicted, and is in court for sentencin’ as we speak. He’s facin’ 5-to- Life. I hope he gets every second of the max.

I hope the Trayvon Martin case ends the same way. I hope Florida takes a lesson from Texas and ignores that stupid-ass law, and convicts George Zimmerman of 2nd Degree Murkin’.

They caught this mofo and his wifey lyin’ through they teeth.  About the money.   At the bail hearin’, they said they were broke.  “Limited” funds.   But in real life, they had $150G’s, from the website he set up days after murkin’ Trayvon, still in the free world.  What innocent person sets up a website, pleadin’ his case?  A guilty mofo.

So if he lied about the money, what else is he lyin’ about?  How and why he shot Trayvon?

Trayvon went and got his Skittles and tea, and was on his way back to the house.  This cretin, instead of mindin’ his and goin’ to Target like his bro claims he was, decided to play the cop he always wanted to be when he grew up, and approached this boy.

Anybody normal would ask this mofo with no badge, no uniform, “And who the phuck are you?”  At this point this mofo ‘prolly grabbed Trayvon and commenced to gettin’ the shyt whupped outta him.

Zimmy Boo pulled that gun to get out from under that ass whuppin’. Plain and simple.

He was racially profilin’ Trayvon based on the flimsy excuse that there had been recent break-ins in the area.  What second-story man brings candy and a drink to the job?

His mouthpiece plans to schedule a new ball hearing, and plans to call this all a huge mistake…  They think he’ll be released again.

Just recently Houston acquitted a whyte officer for brutally beatin’ a 15-yr-old boy.  On Tape.   Him and his four big friends.   The others go on trial soon…

Now we have this George Zimmerman shyt.  Why is it not glaringly obvious that this mofo racially  profiled Trayvon supposedly on his way to Target, followed him when the police told him not too, and now Trayvon is dead?

It doesn’t matter to me if Trayvon was the aggressor.  I’m the aggressor if some random pink mofo starts followin’ me, askin’ what Im doin’ here.  Especially if he put his hands on me.

It doesn’t matter to me that Trayvon had 1.5 nanograms of weed in his system. A nanogram is one-billionth of a gram. Nothing. That could be second- hand smoke. And if he did hit tha blunt, it was 2 months before all this…

Trayvon was shot from “an intermediate distance”. That means that boy wasnt on top of him as he claims.

So he has cuts and bruises. Now. That mofo was not that beat up when he was walkin’ into the jail. That mofo’s nose aint broke either; where’s the black eyes that come with that? His eyes were’nt black in jail, and they weren’t at the arraignment. Does it bother anybody but me that this cretin refused treatment at the scene, and went to his own doctor. A paid for medical report…?

Judicial Star F*ckery

Well Lindsay “The Loser” Lohan has had her day in court. And just like we all suspected, it truly was just a day-5 hours to be exact. And it didnt mean shyt.

The bytch is already back in the free world.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner played a big part in the latest line of Judicial Star F*ck’n. First she reduced the charge from felony theft (which would have laid this Snow Bunny down for a long while) to a funky misdemeanor, and then sentenced her to a measely 120 days in jail. With overcrowdin’ and her mouthpiece filin’ an appeal immediately clearin’ the way for her to bail- yep you guessed-the bytch is out of jail after only 5 hrs, on $75ThouWow bail.

Even though this same judge said she herself thought Lindsay took that necklace intentionally and wasn’t thinkin’ about returnin’ it to the store till 5-0 got involved.

This is becomin’ regular for this chicken head. Seems all she gets in court is a slap on the wrist and a pass to go out and f*ck up again. And each time she stands before a judge she’ walks free.

Are there palms bein’ greased???

This judge is derelict in her duties. She should’ve showed this broad fat meat IS greasy and fried her up some, by keepin’ that felony charge, convictin’ her, and throwin’ her ass in jail for enough time for her to get the message that the law aint playin’ with her ass.

Bytch was also sentenced to 480 hrs of community service in a morgue and a women’s center in downtown L.A. I wonder how they will let her out of that?

This is just a glarin’ example of forked-tongue logic when it comes to celebs and regular folks. Had this been you or me (or maybe just a random black person) that probation violation would have been, first off, for just havin’ contact with the police, NOT been reduced a misdemeanor, and would have cost 6 mos to 1 year in the hoosegow. For the violation, the we would discuss the grand theft…

I guess these people have to *actually kill* someone to learned that crime doesnt pay. The system will just continue to slap their blinge-out wrist, and send them back out to create bullsyt and havoc on the world…

The one comfortin’ thing is that Loser Lindsay hasn’t learned anything from this or her other brushes with the law. Everytime she went before a judege and they slapped that wrist and let her walk, she went right out and f-ed up again. She will do the same thing this time.

We can only hope that a competent judge and DA get the case, and she finally learns that she too can go to jail without passin’ go, and there are no more ‘get out of jail free’ cards…

Readin’ an update in the home-town paper this mornin’ about a ‘special’ spousal abuse case.  SMH.  I knew it was gonna be like this…

This Merced Co Sherriff, Johnny Mathis, ruffed his woman  Kathy up, and they dismissin’ the case,  pendin’ his completion of some dayumm counselin’ sessions…  He’s already done seven.

Keep in mind,  this man is a law enforcement officer -sworn to uphold the law- who would come and wrestle your ass to the ground, cuff you up and throw you under the jail to wait for that jail time they ’bout to give you,  for yellin’ too loud at yours.

Shouldnt he be “held to a higher standard?“

He kicked his wife’s ass (an on-duty dispatcher with the department) in uniform, on duty, in the sheriff’s main office!   How much clearer could it get?

He at work;  she at work.  They havin’ a tiff in front of the office that escalated inside.  Shyt got heated and he threw his cell at her and started manhandling’ her, tossin’  her around.    People and other officers in the office at the time had to save the woman.    I  guess he was gonna just beat her down right in the police face…  They didn’t even arrest his ass then!

He was eventually charged with misdemeanor spousal abuse, and they dismissin’ that April 13th.  And he’s lookin’  to get back to his ‘law enforcement career.

Wifey is in ‘protection mode’, sayin’ it was just a verbal disagreement with hubby and somebody else, and that he’s never abused her, he doesn’t have anger issues.  She standin’ by her man  (till he beats that ass again!)

And there was a witness to the beat down who has since reconsidered his story…  (This is some bullshyt…)

But civil suits against this mofo for excessive force, have (so far) cost the county $400ThouWow+ …  There’s a problem somewhere.

It’s such a trip how police officers can do dayumm near anything and just walk away from it.  Beat they wives, steal dope from the evidence room,  sell dope, plant evidence, beat and kill innocent (mostly minority) people, etc, and just walk away from it.   I just don’t get it.
