The first problem I have with it, is that he is deep in these apartments, far from the truck the po-po told his ass to stay in and not follow Trayvon. He also claimed Trayvon was ‘standin’ in front of a house that had recently been broken into’. (Ok….)

The struggle he claims they had could’nt have happened the way he said. Trayvon supposedly said things that sounded unnatural for the situation, unnatural for Trayvon.

The way he described Trayvon seein’ and then goin’ for his gun; what mofo with splittin’ seconds is slidin’ his hand down the chest on the way to the gun, instead of goin’ str8 for the piece? All that clampin’ down and reachin’ for the gun, gettin it out and gettin’ one off didn’t happen. And the autopsy said Trayvon was shot from an intermediate range; not as close as he described…

He gave me the impression he was makin’ the shyt up as he went along.

I’m not buyin’ it with your money. I’m hopin’ the jury doesn’t either.

Judicial Star F*ckery

Well Lindsay “The Loser” Lohan has had her day in court. And just like we all suspected, it truly was just a day-5 hours to be exact. And it didnt mean shyt.

The bytch is already back in the free world.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner played a big part in the latest line of Judicial Star F*ck’n. First she reduced the charge from felony theft (which would have laid this Snow Bunny down for a long while) to a funky misdemeanor, and then sentenced her to a measely 120 days in jail. With overcrowdin’ and her mouthpiece filin’ an appeal immediately clearin’ the way for her to bail- yep you guessed-the bytch is out of jail after only 5 hrs, on $75ThouWow bail.

Even though this same judge said she herself thought Lindsay took that necklace intentionally and wasn’t thinkin’ about returnin’ it to the store till 5-0 got involved.

This is becomin’ regular for this chicken head. Seems all she gets in court is a slap on the wrist and a pass to go out and f*ck up again. And each time she stands before a judge she’ walks free.

Are there palms bein’ greased???

This judge is derelict in her duties. She should’ve showed this broad fat meat IS greasy and fried her up some, by keepin’ that felony charge, convictin’ her, and throwin’ her ass in jail for enough time for her to get the message that the law aint playin’ with her ass.

Bytch was also sentenced to 480 hrs of community service in a morgue and a women’s center in downtown L.A. I wonder how they will let her out of that?

This is just a glarin’ example of forked-tongue logic when it comes to celebs and regular folks. Had this been you or me (or maybe just a random black person) that probation violation would have been, first off, for just havin’ contact with the police, NOT been reduced a misdemeanor, and would have cost 6 mos to 1 year in the hoosegow. For the violation, the we would discuss the grand theft…

I guess these people have to *actually kill* someone to learned that crime doesnt pay. The system will just continue to slap their blinge-out wrist, and send them back out to create bullsyt and havoc on the world…

The one comfortin’ thing is that Loser Lindsay hasn’t learned anything from this or her other brushes with the law. Everytime she went before a judege and they slapped that wrist and let her walk, she went right out and f-ed up again. She will do the same thing this time.

We can only hope that a competent judge and DA get the case, and she finally learns that she too can go to jail without passin’ go, and there are no more ‘get out of jail free’ cards…

Readin’ an update in the home-town paper this mornin’ about a ‘special’ spousal abuse case.  SMH.  I knew it was gonna be like this…

This Merced Co Sherriff, Johnny Mathis, ruffed his woman  Kathy up, and they dismissin’ the case,  pendin’ his completion of some dayumm counselin’ sessions…  He’s already done seven.

Keep in mind,  this man is a law enforcement officer -sworn to uphold the law- who would come and wrestle your ass to the ground, cuff you up and throw you under the jail to wait for that jail time they ’bout to give you,  for yellin’ too loud at yours.

Shouldnt he be “held to a higher standard?“

He kicked his wife’s ass (an on-duty dispatcher with the department) in uniform, on duty, in the sheriff’s main office!   How much clearer could it get?

He at work;  she at work.  They havin’ a tiff in front of the office that escalated inside.  Shyt got heated and he threw his cell at her and started manhandling’ her, tossin’  her around.    People and other officers in the office at the time had to save the woman.    I  guess he was gonna just beat her down right in the police face…  They didn’t even arrest his ass then!

He was eventually charged with misdemeanor spousal abuse, and they dismissin’ that April 13th.  And he’s lookin’  to get back to his ‘law enforcement career.

Wifey is in ‘protection mode’, sayin’ it was just a verbal disagreement with hubby and somebody else, and that he’s never abused her, he doesn’t have anger issues.  She standin’ by her man  (till he beats that ass again!)

And there was a witness to the beat down who has since reconsidered his story…  (This is some bullshyt…)

But civil suits against this mofo for excessive force, have (so far) cost the county $400ThouWow+ …  There’s a problem somewhere.

It’s such a trip how police officers can do dayumm near anything and just walk away from it.  Beat they wives, steal dope from the evidence room,  sell dope, plant evidence, beat and kill innocent (mostly minority) people, etc, and just walk away from it.   I just don’t get it.

Gladys and Jamie

There’s a lot if controversy swirlin’ around this story, and I don’t know why.  I think it’s a ’feel good’ holiday blessin’…

These two sisters, Gladys and Jamie Scott, were arrested in 1993 for settin’ up two guys to get ambushed and jacked by three of their homies.  Some homies; they got caught, and implicated  snitched on  Gladys and Jamie in a plea deal.  They lil  assess got 10 months.  The Sisters didn’t even get action at a deal, and were swiftly convicted and sentenced to double-life each. 

For $11.00.  That’s so  ugly.

The NAACP and other civil rights advocates, started pushin’ for their release based on the f*cked up cruel and excessive sentence they got.

So for the last 16 yrs or so, Jamie has to have dialysis treatments and needs a kidney.  Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, lookin’  at checks and balances  more than the human aspect of the case, suspended those dbl-lifes under the stipulation that Gladys give a kidney to Jamie.   Jamie Scott’s three-times-a-week dialysis was costin’ the state about $200,000 a year.   Multiply that by 15!

The controversy is swirlin’  on two things:  That the man did this for political self servin’ reasons (he’s another one plannin’  to run against Bam in 2012), and that the stipulation is unethical.   Some folks are gettin’ all  hypothetical, wonderin’ if there is not a tissue match, will the healthy one have to go back to jail.  And then the extreme ones are sayin’  this is like buyin’  and sellin’  organs, or forcin’ the one gurl to choose between surgery and freedom, which is against the law.

People should calm down.  It was Gladys’ idea in the first place, so she’s definitely committed to it, and  she wants to save her sister’s life.   I think it’s a good deal for everybody; The Sisters get out and back to life, the state saves $200ThouWow, and that Barbour dude gets the publicity he wants.   They not free just yet; they want to go to Florida with their mother and children.  The state has to approve that and with the wheels of justice grindin slow as they do, they should be on the streets in about  60 days.  I’m cool with that.

The F*cked Up World We Live In

I’ve been holdin’ off on this post for a few days.  Re-readin’ it and re-writin’ it.  No matter how many times I come to the same conclusion:  There will be no justice for Oscar Grant.    And anybody like him.

We all heard that The Murderer With A Badge, Johannes Mehserle, was sentenced to a measly two years behind bars for the murder of Oscar Grant.

They may as well have said this 22 yr old boy’s life wasnt worth shyt.

He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter-the first problem with this issue to me.   He didn’t ‘involuntarily do anything that night.  This boy was unarmed, not resistin’ and lyin’ on his stomach, when he very ‘voluntarily’ shot him,  at almost point-blank range , in the back. 

There was several video captured by several witnesses.  There was testimony by several witnesses.  What more did they want?

The defense relied on this stupid fact:  He did not intentionally pull the gun; he mistakenly reached for the gun instead of a taser he meant to use.   This was all a horrible accident.    Arent these two items on different sides of the belt?  Wasnt he supposed to know which side either was on?  Didnt “whatever he pulled“, sweep into his line of vision before he fired the round?

That was some bullshyt and they know it.   But it evidently worked.  The lug was facin’ up to 14 in the slammer.   Came out with two- the charge usually runs about 4, but they gave his ass credit for time served (292 days) which amounts to what?  and I got a feelin’ they didn’t really want to give him that…

What Oscar Grants Life Was Worth:

Sentence: 2 Lousy Years = 730 calendar days
-Time Served = 292 days to make up that story

Sadly comes to roughly 438 Days/About 15 Months, 12.5 days for the life of Oscar Grant

And when they chop that up with good time and under-cover “good ole boy” credits, it will be less than that…  His family is sentenced to Life.

They gave Micheal Vick more than that for killin’ a dayumm dog.

I’ve read some comments online and am appalled to see people sayin’ things like “career thug” and “lowlife” in reference to The Late Mr. Grant.   That he caused his own death by fightin’  on the train platform (which I don’t think was ever proven); he was “ghetto-ized” and portrayed as an animal and a savage.  He basically deserved to die.

The man died on his stomach, shot in the back.   Regardless of his life history, his criminal record, how many baby mamas he had, what ever the f*ck, he did not deserve to die like this, and then  nobody pay for it.

This is the story of the Black Man’s life.  Google the shyt.   You will be amazed at the returns and spend all night readin’ the shyt, marvelin’ at how many there actually are.   The police started this shyt with that  famous “they felt threatened” and  felt their “life was in danger.” excuse.      That was all they needed to justify pumpin’ 41 caps (connectin’ with 19!) at close range, into an unarmed man (Amadou Diallo) whose only crime was havin’ his wallet in his hand.    They were acquitted.

Now they don’t even need that.

Sean Bell- killed on the eve of his wedding.  The lobbed 50 caps at these three boys killin’ Sean-just leavin his bachelor party.  Found Not Guilty.  Patrick Dorismond (didnt even indict this mofo), Johnny Gammage (charges dropped), Abner Louima (the only one who got some kinda justice: the ringleader , Volpe,  got 30 yrs in prison.   Another got 15 yrs and one – you guessed it-Not Guilty!), Jean Charles de Menezes (7x in the head-No Coviction), and the GrandDaddy of ‘em all, Rodney King (They first acquitted all four of those devils and caused the 1992 Major Ass-Tearin’ of Los Angeles, worse thing since the infamous 1965 Watts Riots.   After that, a Fed court sent two of those mofos to prison for a while but still acquitted the other two.  Smh.  We have to act ugly to get a lil respect.)    There was  a 19 yr old girl years ago here in Cali, Tyisha Shenee Miller, fired on 24 times sittin’ in her car in a mall parkin’ lot.    She was holdin her cellphone…Four to the head killed her.    She was labeled a gangbanger,  and they walked.

Do you think that any man, Black or White could shoot and kill a police officer  (in the back), KILL HIM, and then claim he accidently pulled his gun, reachin’ for, say, his lighter?  H3ll to the naw;  f*ck whatever  he talkin’ about, he’d be labled a cop killer, tried and convicted in two ticks and thrown under the jail for the rest of his life or till they give him that hot shot-which ever came first.  No questions asked or even pondered…

The thing is, The Murder of  Oscar Grant  just follows the pattern, really.   I was actually surprised, ( knowin’ how wrong he was), that he was even indicted.   Because in almost all cases, the officer is somehow found justified, and no one pays for the loss of life.      This is the law of our land, evidently.  This is somethin’  theywant us we will  have to live with till the end of time.      A Black man (or woman) can be brutally murdered by The Man and its of no consequence to anyone.    This case just further solidifies that.    Unless there is a miracle.

 I’m just lookin’ at this bullshyt about Lindsay “Loser Bytch” Lohan, and wonderin’, when are they gonna stop slappin’ these celebs on the hand and sendin’ them back out to play.

Lindsday played the courts to her satisfaction, for real!  ”This broad literally  ignored the courts when they were first kissin’ her ass, went all the way to Paris on an ankle bracelet and was photog’d there partyin’ with a drink in her hand.   Violation of Probation,  and this was in 2007.    Took them 3 years just to bring her ass to court.

That’s not happenin’  in the world I live in.  

America waited till she was ready to come back,  only to appear in court with “Fuck You’ clearly displayed prominently on her fingernails (that she kept up in her face to be seen, while tryin’ to sway the judge with crocodile tears,) and then she was given  90-days in rehab, a jail sentence to her, of which she only served 14 funky-ass days and was ‘released’.

Now this bytch is at it again. TWO  dirty drug test for meth.  Judge issued a warrant and then stayed it, while they “determine if she violated her probation.   

 MOFO!!  A dirty test for dope is usually a pretty good sign!

And they said that she MIGHT do 30 days on that.  Well WTF.  Normally, a VOP is atleast 90 days…  Easy.

Me or You?  Clapped in irons and banished to the dungeon.  And when we finally get to court, aint no flowers bloomin’ and birds singin’ in there;  They throwin’ the book at your ass, and off to the hoosegow  you go for ALL of that 90 days if not longer, dependin’ on what on paper.

I dont know of any meth-heads who enjoy this kinds of treatment.  They dont have enought money I guess…

Paris Hilton been playin’ the courts for about a good 2 years herself.  When they FINALLY send this bimbo to jail for her transgressions, SHE is released (and it was a televised media event -lights, camera, action!) after servin’ only a fraction of her time, and went out and continued to show her ass.  

This cocked-eyed (what the hell IS  wrong with that eye??) smoked trees at the World Cup.  Slapped on the wrist.  Now she gets busted with coke, lies about it, and what?   “Allowed to plead guilty and sentenced to probation“.   WTF is up with that?!!!

What is the reason for all this?  Is it because they are celebrities?  Is it because they have money?  Or maybe its because somebody is afraid for their safety.  I’m not sure…

What they need to do is treat them just like “Rashawn” and “Lil Ray-Ray“.   Throw they asses under the jail if they break the law.  No more hand-slappin’ and ass kissin’.  Coz they surely aren’t appreciative or grateful.  They keep goin’ out and tearin’ they asses, like they almost KNOW its gonna be alright.     And the sad part is that judge or officer who kissed they ass? 

They won’t even remember his/her name once those bars slide open, and they back in the free world again.

Should Van der Sloot be afforded special treatment while in custody?

 

The latest on this lil monster is that he has been receiving death threats in the  Peruvian prison he is bein’ held in.

Snitches say this is the real reason he decided to come clean about Natalee Holloway, includin’  the location of her body.  So he can be protected in exchange for the info…   

They holdin’ his crazy ass in isolation in the high-security Miguel Castro prison in the San Juan de Lurigancho district of Lima (aint that a mouf full?), while he waitin’ to go to trial for killin’ the other girl, 21 yr old Stephany Flores.

The question on folks lips is whether or not he should get special treatment in the prison?  

Most people I discussed this with say NO.  The cretin deserves everything he gon’ get now that they have him, and so what.   He deserves to be stoned…

We all know he killed Natalee Holloway.   His father, Paulus Van der Sloot, paid the corrupt Aruban officials to (I think…) “let that go“.  He has tried to extort money from Natalee’s family.  This punk even actually confessed to the crime, yet the Aruban officials did not feel that was enough to re-open the investigation.   He’s even told somebody his dad helped him dispose of Natalee’s body.  (I kinda believe that!)

He has spent the last five years lyin’ and torturin’ Natalee parents, runnin’ around the world livin’ a playboy’s life, and (who knows?) roughin’ up/killin’ somebody esle’s child. 

So yes, I agree that this mofo deserves his ass sliced with razor blades dipped in alcohol, so no special treatment for him.   They can kill his blank ass for all I care.  Prison Justice is a mofo

But the reason why I think he should have special treatment, is so we can preserve this waste of bio material’s life till he tells Natalee’s family how she died and where she is.   They deserve that much.

He also needs to be ‘preserved’ (I like that word!) till he can pay for both Natalee and Stephany’s murders.    He has to pay for these crimes.  He’s been on a free ride for the last 5 year.  Its time.

Once he’s tried and convicted, throw his ass to the wolves!

Special Treatment, to me,  consists only of a cell not in General Population, a bullet-proof vest to keep somebody from cappin’ him, and “yard time” with only an armed guard to keep mofo’s from whuppin’ that ass.    Period.   No special meal, visits, or other ‘jailhouse luxuries”.    

So my vote on Special Treatment?  “Yes, with an explanation”
