I wondered how long it would take. America is a litigatin’ country, aint it? People see a lawsuit in the smallest thing.
Six (greedy) people (four adults and two children) on that Greyhound bus that was involved in that terrible accident a few days ago, are already suing the carrier, claimin’ the bus driver “did not fulfill his duty to transport the passengers safely“.
They claim he was drivin’ reckless and speedin’, rushin’ ’cause the bus was runnin’ late. They also claim he announced “they were 20 or 30 minutes behind and that he would make up that time.” They want the company to pay damages to those injured or killed in the crash or their relatives. He’s dead but he’s named in the suit as well.
Getthafluckouttahere!
If I’m not mistaken, wasnt it surmised that the driver of the SUV that as sittin’ sidways in the road was the cause of the crash? So why are they suin’ Greyhound? Even tho these cretins have included the SUV driver (18-year-old Sylvia Lopez Garay, who also died-and had been drinkin’) and the driver of the other car, Elsabeth Giorgis, they have set their greedy sights on the bus company. Her (Elsabeth’s) lawyer is contendin’ that she was forced off the road by the bus, and supports this suit. They all ‘prolly think they got a better shot at a payday with Greyhound. They got the bread.
One ambulance-chasin’ mouthpiece is reppin’ all six. I bet he already countin’ his money…
The Greedy Guts could wait till the Highway Patrol finishes its investigation, which could take up to 120 days… Wouldnt it be ironic if the report does not blame Greyhound, but the driver of the SUV? Where would they little case stand then? The girl (and her two passengers) is dead, and came from a workin’ class family that is takin’ donations to just bury her; I doubt they gonna have the millions they gonna sue for…
Here’s another turnin’ worm to keep an eye on…
