This story is breakin’ in Fayettville, NC.  It started about 5 days ago, this gorgeous child, Shaniya Davis, 5 yrs old, went missing from her home on Tuesday.

What kills me about this is that first of all, these are Black people.  They way this story is unfoldin’ we just dont do things like this.  SELLIN’ OUR CHILDREN??  Secondly, there are so many crazy twists and turns in just the last few days, and they still haven’t located this lil girl. 

First they arrested Clarence Coe, 30, based on statements  made by the ignant-ass mother,  Antoinette Davis.      She was arrested and charged with human trafficking, felony child abuse, prostitution, filing a false police report, resisting, delaying, and obstructing a police officer,  and has been placed inside of the Cumberland County Detention Center.    Bond is set for $51,000.    Coe was released when they found she was lyin about a few things, and then another man Mario Andrette McNeill, 29 was arrested.

This man was observed on hotel surveillance cameras, at 6:15 AM on Tuesday morning, carryin’  this lil girl in what looks like a hotel hallway; and there are rumors that the mother handed this child over to McNeil because she owed him money.     WTF!   She claims that she ‘put the lil girl on the couch’ at about 5:30 AM and left the room.    When she came back,  Shaniya was gone.    Thats sounds like some bull hockey.  McNeil, (clearly seen on the vid) has admitted ‘kidnappin’  her,  but hasn’t told anyone where she is…  Yet.

This is crazy!  I (and the police) do believe that she ‘traded’ this baby to this man to pay a debt.  Sick.  How much did this bytch owe him,  For what?  And what kind of cretin would accept a child in payment of a debt?   What was he gonna do with her?   Goin’ into a hotel, I can only imagine.

When will this silly chicken-head sit down and shut up?  The ‘pageant queen’ is now telling news and magazine people that her breast implants were ‘approved by the Bible.’     The same ones the pageant organizers sued to get the $5200 they say she ‘borrowed’ to get them. 

The lawsuit filed by K2 -also accuses Prejean of missing events, lying about semi-nude photos, negotiating an unauthorized book deal and using her title without authorization to help promote the National Organization for Marriage’s “campaign of intolerance” against gay marriage.

“I don’t see anywhere in the Bible where it says you shouldn’t get breast implants,” said Prejean.  I dont see anywhere in the Bible where it says you should-says ‘me’.

Now this lady wears her hyped-up Christian faith like a coat, and I guess in order to keep that from conflictin’ with much-discussed breast plumpin’, she said this stupid shyt. 

Since her ejection from the Miss USA organization, a so-called solo sex tape of Prejean — as well as a rumored collection of some 30-plus nude photos and other sexy footage – has emerged, prompting Prejean to defend herself on the national TV circuit.

There is a sex vid out there of her to which she claims, “I was really young and immature. It was the worst mistake of my life.”   Ok, with that being said, you’re only 22.  When did all this Bible-thumpin began?    Not too many years between ‘young and immature’ and 22…   Add that to the fact that at first she said it ‘wasn’t her’…

I’m confused.

Really.  She needs to be quiet,  and just fade into the sunset.    Accept that her ‘15-minutes of fame’ are over and move on.   Every time she opens her mouth, she inserts foot,  beginning with her denouncement of gay marriages in June- talkin’ to Perez Hilton of all people.  It’s been runnin’ like a faucet ever since…

Guess what?  That ‘unauthorized‘  book, “Still Standing” is comin’ out soon too.   Now who really wants to read about this broad’s life?   Is there something we dont already know?  I doubt it.  I wont be reading an excerpt, let alone payin’ money for it…

The estate of DJ AM Goldstein, former disc jockey and former  ’boy toy’ to Mandy Moore and Nicole Richie, has filed a wrongful death suit against “several defendants”,  including Clay Lacy Aviation and Learjet Inc.

The suit was file Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

DJ AM sustained serious injuries in a plane crash in South Carolina in Sept.2008.   He died from an overdose of script drugs and cocaine  August 2009, at the age of 26, which left two pilots and two friends dead.

Before his death,DJ AM had filed a negligence and breach of contract lawsuit.

So what is their game plan?  Are they going to ‘alledge’ that injuries he suffered in the crash, he was in so much pain, he became addicted to the drugs that killed him?   I dont recall cocaine being a prescribed drug…

And I’m sure the scripts came with dosage instructions.   So how will this be a ‘wrongful’ death?  Granted, Clay Lacy Aviation and Learjet may be on the hook,  if they can find something wrong with the aircraft,  but I think he was on his own with the drugs…

In Feb, we heard that a woman, Charla Nash,  was attacked by a 200-lb chimpanzee, Travis.    This ‘chimp’ belonged to her friend and former employer, Sandra Herold.

This was a brutal 12-min attack that resulted in her losing her eyes, nose, and hands.  She’s disfigured and blind.    The 9-1-1 call was chilling…

Well now, Nash has filed a $50Milli lawsuit against Herold, who called her over and  asked her to help lure the brut back into her Stamford Conn. home Feb 16th.    She alleges Herold was negligent and reckless,  for lacking the ability to control “a wild animal with violent propensities.”

“I always told her you have to get rid of him. He’s going to hurt somebody someday. He’s too dangerous,” Nash said on Wednesday’s episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” “You can’t control him, and he’s going to hurt somebody.”

BUT!- This Herold bytch and her lawyers are saying this is nothing more that ‘work related accident’, and should be treated as a worker’s comp claim.”     What the flickety is wrong with this woman and her attnys??   THE MONKEY ATE HER FACE OFF!!!   See, somebody’ll have to get they ass kicked,   with an attitude like that!    Doesnt that just soooo sound surreal??

Either way , this is not just a ‘work related accident’.   Not at all.  The rest of this woman’s  life is ruined;  face gone, can’t see, can’t use her hands-and I’m sure she in a great amount of pain constantly.  

Somebody should pay.

I’m wondering where the criminal charges are.  Don’t tell me there is not some law on the books, that says something about having a wild animal in your suburban home.  What if this thang would have run pass Nash, and snatched up a child  or someone else, that may have been coming down the road on their bike?    

 I wouldn’t want a 200-lb, unpredictable  ’gorilla -chimp, my ass!-livin next door to me!

What if this thing would have killed her?  I guess that’s what it would take.  Recall the Jan 2001 case in S.F.  Cali, where the S.F lawyers  had TWO English Mastiffs, who mauled and killed a woman as she was puttin’ her key in the lock of her apartment.    The dogs rushed out and attacked the woman, right in the hallway.     The owners were charged  and convicted of  manslaughter.   There’s that question again:  Why would these people have attack dogs like this ( they weighed a close to 240 lbs each !) in an upscale apartment on the corner of  Pacific Ave and Filmore?    These dogs needed to be out in the country somewhere, and trained … 

I hope she gets her $50Milli. 

 She deserves so much more.

Five members of a family, including three lay ministers, are charged in Missouri with sex crimes against children.

Dayumm- it just seems like everybody in the world is goin’  crazy! 

The charges they were arrested on are gruesome: forcible sodomy, rape with a child less than 12 years old, use of a child in a sexual performance. Allegations also include bestiality (WTF!!?),  and forcing an 11-year-old to have an abortion.

One of the vics, a relative (sick phuckz!) came forward in August.   Dont ask me why it is now Novemeber, and the cretins have just been arrested…

The 26-year-old woman who came forward, told investigators that she and her siblings had buried glass jars around the property filled with “messages” about what was happening to them when they were younger. 

 Thats what they were told:  Write down the memories, put them in a jar and bury it, and the memories will ‘go away’.     This woman claims that some of these men even forced her to have sex with a dog,   and also watch her own brother being abused as well…lawd.   She is the one who claims forced into an abortion, when she became pregnant at 11-1/2. 

They believe there are more vics.    There has been an indication that there are body or bodies in numerous locations.     Authorities  are searching a rural property where members of the family once lived.     They believe they may find a body or two,  and buried glass jars with notes written by children who may have documented the sexual abuse by five members of their own  family.    (The property and a nearby home is currently owned by a man unrelated to the case who is cooperating with authorities.)

Three of these men were lay ministers in the Community of Christ Church.     Burrell Edward Mohler Sr., 77, of Independence as well as Mohler’s sons,  Burrell Edward Mohler Jr., 53, of Independence; Jared Leroy Mohler, 48, of Columbia; Roland Neil Mohler, 47, of Bates City; and David A. Mohler, 52, of Lamoni, Iowa are charged with this sick azz shyt.  (Their licenses have been suspended, a church spokeswoman said today.)

Another Addams Family.  Some people are just so, so sick…

Mike Tyson

Mike was passin thru LAX from Europe on his way to Vegas, with his wife and 10-month old, when the paparazzi jumped out and  started takin his pic.  Its alleged that the two got into a ’scuffle’ and Mike tapped him once in the face, causing the photog to ‘fall to the ground sustainging a laceration to the forehead’.   He was taken to the hosital, of course.   I’m sure he will be talkin’ with his lawyer soon.

Of course the po-po arrived and detained Mike on $20G’s bail.  He posted that and was released a few hours later.  Mike says he was protecting his child

Earlier this year, his 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, died in Phoenix after accidentally getting her neck wrapped in a cord from an exercise machine. In November 2007, Tyson was sentenced by an Arizona judge to 24 hours in jail and three years probation for drug possession and driving under the influence.

It remains to be seen whether the airport incident will be a violation of his probation terms.  .

Seven years after grippin’ the nation in terror, John Allen Muhammad stepped into VA’s death chamber Tuesday to pay for the killing spree with Lee Boyd Malvo.

Malvo was 17 at the time and is serving life without a pop.    They also were suspected of fatal shootings in other states, including Louisiana, Alabama and Arizona.    Thank God they didnt kill this child; I always thought he was impressionable,  and influenced by Muhammad.

“Mr. Muhammad, do you have any last words?” the warden asked the mastermind behind the Washington-area sniper attacks that killed 10 in 2002. Muhammad, calm and stoic, was defiant to the end, refusing to utter any final words.

After the first of the three-drug lethal cocktail was administered, Muhammad blinked repeatedly and took about seven deep breaths. Within a minute, he was motionless. 

  He was pronounced dead at 9:11 PM as victims families, and 27 other witnesses watched.

US Supreme Court turned down a plea for clemency at the last minute.  His attorneys has asked for his sentenced to be commuted to life in prison, because, they said, he was ‘mentally ill’. 

Malvo said Muhammad wanted to extort $10 million from the government to set up a camp in Canada where ‘homeless children would be trained as terrorists’.     Muhammad’s ex-wife said she believes they were a smoke screen for his plan to kill her and regain custody of their three children.

Either one of those plans came from a crazy person,  if you ask me.

Oh well -another chapter in history is closed…
