John Marcotte, a web designer from Sacto Cali.,  wants to put a measure on the ballot next year to ban divorce in California.

The effort is meant to be a satirical statement after California voters outlawed gay marriage in 2008, largely on the argument that a ban is needed to protect the sanctity of traditional marriage.

“Since California has decided to protect traditional marriage, I think it would be hypocritical of us not to sacrifice some of our own rights to protect traditional marriage even more. “       John Marcotte

No other state bans divorce, and only a few countries, including the Philippines and Malta, do. The Roman Catholic Church also prohibits divorce but allows annulments. The California proposal would amend the state constitution to eliminate the ability of married couples to get divorced while allowing married couples to seek an annulment. 

It’s so crazy that people want to control other people’s lives…

What if this were real, and did get passed?   This could send the murder rates sky high!    How you gonna really tell a person who is with someone they can’t stand, they fight like cats and dogs all day every day, that they cant get out of it?   People will be forced to live with people they can’t.
Murder will be the only way out…

And there’d be a new class of poor folks -Divorce Lawyers.

Now,  if this just doesn’t burn the toast for me!   This teacher in Milwaukee lost her mind in front of the class last week when, apparently frustrated, she called a lil gurl to the front of the class, and cut off one of her braids because she ‘wouldnt stop (absent-mindedly) playin’ with them’ in class!

Well- I be dayumm!!

Lamya Cammon, is seven (a 1st+grader at Congress Elementary), and has braids with beads on the ends.
THEN She threw it away, and said, ‘Now what you gonna go home and say to your momma?  (Thats a reason enough for a beat down!)

The Milwaukee Public Schools District said they goin’ through the disciplinary process with the teacher (who remains in class), although lil Lamya has been moved to a different classroom by the principal.   (I guess that’s only fair…under the circumstances.

 They’re just “very sorry”…

They should seriously consider firin’ this woman,  for losing control of- and in -her classroom.  She needs a psyche evaluation, if you ask me, coz this was a pre-tty drastic measure.     Is this a teacher-stress issue? 

I wouldn’t want someone like this, teachin’ my kids…

Milwaukee police referred it to the district attorney for possible physical or mental abuse of a child charges.   Now that’s a lil more like it.   That $175.00 disorderly conduct ticket she got just aint quite enough for me.

But while lookin for yet another gift for my babies, I found some outlandish and bizarre things that people actually buy their pets.

I found Canine Coffee (beans; and comes complete with dog-size “coffee cup“!), a Doggy Doorbell, for your pooch to summons you to the door when he’s ready to come back in (I guess that would beat howlin’ or scratchin the paint off the door!),  Bird Diapers (reusable!) for “Tweety”, with a ‘patented poop pouch’ (hey-thats what they said!).    A $15,000 ‘contemporary’ , split-level doghouse.   There was even  a bling collar and diamonds earrings, a signature fragrance, Sexy Beast,  for dogs that costs $80.00 an oz, and Petite Armand, a “French mixture of blackcurrant, Tunisian neroli, mimosa and violet leaf on a base of sweet vanilla bourbon with a little almond.”     (Well all right then!)    Work-out equipment and even false teeth, wigs AND nail polish for cats.

Condoms for the dog?   a Hello Kitty costume (why would anyone subject their kitty to this )…?

This person follows her own way in her designs, to say the least.  Mathematics, geometry, exquisite fashion design,  and creativity…   She even has a pair of flats made of recycled newspapers! .    I bet Lady GaGa likes this!

A personal trainer is facing trial after allegedly harassing ASHANTI’s mother with lewd texts about the singer.

Devar Hurd, 31, sent more than 30 messages to the star’s mum Tina Douglas’ cell phone earlier this year (09) before he was arrested in July, according to legal papers filed in a New York court.
 
The texts included sexual and romantic scenarios, career advice for Ashanti and comments about her relationship with rapper Nelly, as well as photos of male genitalia.   Another message showed a picture of Douglas’ home, reports the New York Daily News.  (THAT’S scary!)
 
Gym worker Hurd, who is being held on $50,000 bond, has pleaded not guilty to stalking and aggravated harassment. He faces up to two years in prison if convicted with first “sexting” Ashanti’s mother, Tina Douglas, of Glen Cove LI.

Six police cars in Hick-Ass Newman, Ga. responded to a ‘disturbance call around 2 p.m. at a Walmart there, according to The Atlanta Journal Constitution.

(News media is reporting the incident is involving an 18-wheeler possibly owned by Katt, but I don’t know if that is the case.)

Somebody pulled out a shotgun at the Georgia Walmart where Katt was arrested, this according to one of the people who called 911.   About 3 minutes into the call, (which came in at 2:17 PM local time), a man tells the 911 operator, “We’re having a problem with Katt Williams … and we need someone to come out here now. “The caller then explains, “They pulled out a shotgun and stuff like this.”   The operator replied, “He pulled out a shotgun?”   The caller responds, “Yes Ma’am.”

(Does sound like a lil set-up don’t it?  Them just all recklessly sayin’ his name like that…)

Shirley and Tony Williams, the mother and brother of Katt’s lil girlfriend Yolanda, (anotha crackhead?) allegedly confronted Katt, and accused him of ‘endangering Yolanda’s welfare’, (what?)  and were charged with disorderly conduct.   Katt, along with several other men from his “entourage” were cuffed up in the Walmart parking lot,  and everybody was transported to the pokey.  Katt was questioned, but not charged.

Police said that Katt Williams was not armed, but that’s not what 911 callers – a woman and a man (Shirley and Tony?) – lead them to believe.

Just what is he doin’  these days, besides fightin’ cases and brawlin’ in department store parkin lots?  I really hate to see this talented comedian goin down the tubes like this…

The Evil Child…  

Today’s news is so depressin’ these days… and the stories just get worse and worse.  

Today the story breaks that this mofo just ’strangled’  his 10-year-old lil’  brother!    

Just because.    

And it’s not that he just strangled him, it’s that the crime is so brutal, and everyone is so young…  

Andrew Conley was charged as an adult  in Ohio Circuit Court with murdering his brother, Conner Conley.    Both his parents, Shawn and Bridget Conley were all for that, chargin as an adult.    I guess you can’t blame them.  

This crazy mofo walked into a police station,  and announced that he had killed his brother,Conner while they were wrestlin’ at their home Sunday. (Parents were out.)     He said he choked him out, and then put on gloves and choked him some more (20 MINUTES!) till blood came out of his nose and mouth (his words!).    Then he put a bag over this childs head, and drug him (down steps feet first!- his has head abrasions and wounds…) and stuffed him in the trunk of his car.   Then this crazy mofo drove to his girlfriends house and gave her a promise/friendship ring; she said he was ” more happy than she had ever seen him”.   

Then drove his lil brother’s body to a park and just dumped it.   

This baby had begged for his life.  “Andrew, stop.“  

This boy’s reason for all this madness is that he ‘had fantasized for years” of killing someone, and that he felt like “Dexter” some crazy serial-killer on ShowTime.  He said he did it to satisfy his craving to kill.   With his sick ass.  

“Like I had to … like when people have something like they are hungry and there is a hamburger sitting there and they knew they had to have it,” (Conley allegedly told cops.)  

They say he is showin no remorse.   And he’s 17.  

This is so horrible.  I bet those parents really dont know which way to turn.  One son is dead and the other has confessed to killing him; and they love them both.  I know it was a hard decision not to fight for Andrew’s life, right now, to allow him to be tried as an adult (not that they could have stopped the state- but they could have put up a fight; they’re not…), knowing that he will surely face the death penalty…to, I guess, decide to turn their backs on him.   

But this boy had problems before all this and I think the parents knew it.  There are ‘reports’ that Nov.16th- 12 days before all this mayhem, they had withdrew Andrew from school.  No one wants to say why right now…  He was also allegedly one of those that do all that cuttin’ on they self, (I could never understand that; no matter what the fluck!) and what they are sayin at least now is that ‘this is an indication that he may be suffering from Depression or Anxiety, or experiencing Overwhelming Emotions (such as Rage).   

OK…so these are the signs.  Why did they not see them??
Or maybe they did and when all this movin out of school-drastic in itself- is explained in more detail, we will know what demons slept in this child;  He’s a child too; he 17.   And there was something.  He killed his lil brother, just like (**snap!**) that.
