Breakin’ Newz: Anna OD’d

        (they say…)

 The autopsy report was released today…Anna Nicole Smith ‘accidentally’ overdosed on at least nine prescription drugs – including a powerful sleep syrup she was known to swig right out of the bottle – after a miserable last few days in which she endured stomach flu, a 105-degree fever, pungent sweating, and a pus-filled infection on her buttocks from repeated in-jections.  (Dayumm!  WHY did all these people let her kill herself like this?)

In the report, they did note that she ‘refused’  to go to the hospital 3 days prior to her Feb 8th death, and chose to ride out her illness in a hotel suite littered with pill bottles, soda cans, SlimFast, nicotine gum and an open box of Tamiflu tablets  (what a terrible concoction), because “she did not want the media frenzy that follows her.” 

Police say they found no apparent signs of foul play, and the medical examiner also ruled Smith’s death probably was not a suicide because people who take their own lives typically use much more lethal drugs than chloral hydrate.

I still have an issue with Howard K- I mean he could have put his foot down and MADE her go to the hospital.  I think at some point she was irresponsive and unable to tell anyone shyt.  He was advisin her on every dayumm thang else…

The report laid out that a Pvt Nurse asked a bodyguard to call 911 around 1 am.   40 mins go by before the EMS was called by the bodyguard.  The ambulance reached the hospital at 2:43 and Anna was pronounced dead…what happened in that hour?  What did they all talk about? 

The medical examiner’s report was accompanied by a press release and even a PowerPoint presentation (a PowerPoint? Wow…)

Among the excruciating details were descriptions of Smith’s breast-enhancement scars, her pink hair extensions (and I bet they were cute as hell!) and numerous tattoos, including one of a Playboy bunny and the smiling face of Marilyn Monroe.

I still say Howard K knows somethin’…

LOS ANGELES – Anna Nicole Smith was ill, confused and isolated in a hotel room with a cornucopia of prescription drugs in the days before her death, an investigator testified Tuesday in a criminal case stemming from the celebrity model’s overdose death.  Smith was unable to walk unassisted into the Florida hotel, and she was so weak she could not sit up to drink liquids.

The testimony was presented in a preliminary hearing involving charges that Smith’s former lawyer-boyfriend Howard K. Stern and two California doctors conspired to illegally provide Smith with controlled substances before her drug-overdose death at age 39.

Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristina Eroshevich have pleaded not guilty. Their attorneys have said they are undecided or unlikely to call defense witnesses during the preliminary hearing.

Santiago’s testimony was mostly a summary of what Florida law enforcement investigators had learned after Smith’s fatal collapse in the hotel room on Feb. 8, 2007. He also identified prescription drugs found in the hotel room as the prosecutor showed pictures of bottles and hundreds of pills.

Some of the prescriptions were in Stern’s name, although some used an alternate spelling, Stearn, and some had been prescribed by Eroshevich, Santiago said.

Smith’s autopsy concluded she died of “acute combined drug intoxication,” and the drugs involved were chloral hydrate combined with Benadryl, clonazepam, diazepam and lorazepam. Clonazepam and Soma, both muscle relaxants, and the sedative diazepam were among medications found in the suite…

Anna’s Diary – $500,000 to 1Mil?

    ….there is also a news bite that a bidding war has broken out over Anna Nicole Smith’s diaries, in which she talks about a pregnancy scare in the early 1990s, her drug use and her love for late husband J. Howard Marshall. 

The auction was to be supposedly held March 22nd.

A collector, who lived next door to Smith, claimed the diaries and various Smith memorabilia when her mother was throwing it out–years before Anna Nicole became a big star.
Hmm…

This is the sheerest form of blood-lettin’ to me.  This shows you how much regard people have for others, when this young lady just died a tragic death, and all some cretin can think of is, how much he can get for any little tidbit of her life…

Morbid.

 Bad news … 

Today the Nancy Grace show leaked the fact that there was an over abundance of ole skool Chloral Hydrate in Anna’s system.  They are saying this may be suicide, that she could have been over-injected, since she had an abcess on her ass…they let that out today too. 

 She had a fever of 105 when she hit the hospital due to the raging abcess infection…they say she refused to go to the hospital, and the people around her, ‘let it be that way’…they say.

There was a large dose of Demerol injected into her body, MINUTES before her death…WHY doesnt anyone think this is strange?

There has to be a real investigation into this woman’s death.  There just has to be.  I cant believe this woman was so dayumm sick, and laid in bed all Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday she takes all this otc cold medication, and still doesnt get up??  And no one said “lets get a doctor?”??  And if she refused, they said ok??? 

No-I dont think so…

DNA-Finally!

      GREAT NEWS!!!

They took a DNA swab of Dannilyn.  Howard K took her to the court ordered test.  I kinda thought he would keep fillabustering on this one.  This baby is really the only tie he has to the 450 Mil, na’mean?

And he is about to be homeless.  the owners are filing papers to evict Howard K, but not Dannilyn and the baby’s “natural” father, Larry Birkhead from the Bahamian mansion.  I guess they feel he is the father…

And they have said, they just want the man out.

But now the mother, Vergie,  is still fighting to take the baby home and raise her.  We kno its all about the money,but if he (whoever!) is the father, doesnt he get custody??  They (her lawyers) want Momma Vergie to have custody, and the father have visitation.  What part of the game is that???

AND there is not only the 450 Mil, but the money from the Anna Nicole franchise.  The money from the T-shirts, and all that. 

Lawd…

This is all so crazy.

There was a story on Nancy Grace tonight with a Private Investigator named Jack Harding, addin’ more wood to the already raging fire.  He stated that Daniel, Anna’s son, came to him before his death, and told him he was worried about his mother, that he felt Howard K was keeping her “prisoner”, and feeding her drugs, manipulating her-that the situ wasnt right…

 Now I don’t kno if this is all just fodder for the gossip mill and this man is just riding the rainbow while its full (you know there are alot of people coming to the front with all these reasons to be involved…),  or they are on to something.  I have always thought there was something funny there.  First Daniel dies at the tender age of 20 from and overdose of Methadone (WHERE would he get that, and why would he fluck with it?  Most young kids I kno smoke weed or might do a few lines-unless their smokin meth, which is a whole ‘notha story.  But Methadone is a little far-fetched).  The fact that Anna was sittin on a possible 450 Mil, and Daniel was her sole heir, is reason enuff in my book to bump him off.   He said he was contacted shortly after Daniels death by the Bahamian authorities, because they found his biz card on the boy’s body.  Now whats up with that?  Could it be he was gonna call him about his mother? 

You kno, white folks do alot of things that don’t make no sense for money…just watch CourtTV. 

Then – after that, he hurries up and marries her, in the Bahamas and no one knu; the world found out after she died(?) which puts him in line.  THEN, she has a baby no one really knew she was having, and its HIS-so he says…

Now the woman is dead mysteriously and he is in line to claim that 450 Mil if she gets it.   They also said there is evidence she was injected with  and Demerol- an opiate- shortly before she died. 

So that gets rid of the beneficiary and the heir- and since he, as the husband is left standin, he gets the pot.  Or better still, if the baby is his, and the baby is deemed her sole heir in the event of Daniel’s death, as the father and guardian he gets the pot.  At the very least, he gets an Executors fee from the estate (which he is named as in this comical will…), and with 450 Mil, its gonna be healthy.

I could see a crime commited here.  This man is a  lawyer; he could think he could commit the perfect crime.  And he knows how important it is to cooperate with the law.  He is barred in Cali, and not cooperating with them now.  And he wasnt advising as a retained lawyer well.  Look at the will thing.   And then having a personal relationship with his client like that…Unfortunately, he ‘prolly cant be disbarred for this.

But it sho’ looks ugly.

What if it is found that he did knock off Daniel, and he did knock off Anna? 

For tha money? 

I’m sorry , I just don’t think Ms Anna was ready to die at 39.  She had help.  For a reason-this money.  If it was Howard K- we shall see…

Wouldnt it be ironic they don’t award her the money after all?  All these people jockeyin for position will have wasted their time and greedy efforts for nothing, and 2 people who deserved to live-and everyone does- are dead.

Anna Nicole 101?

   Isnt it ironic that a person who didnt even finish HS, is now the subject of a law school class?

Even before she died,  Anna was a case study for Estate Law students.  Her feud with the Marshalls over the millions is widely used in “Wills, Trust, and Estates”, a text book used at New York University.

Because of a poorly drafted will and the courtroom fights over her burial and custody of her infant daughter, law professors are finding her troubles can again serve as an example to students. Smith’s will is assigned as reading material and discussed it in class.

One clause, in which Smith appears to disinherit future spouses and children, is particularly intriguing for law classes. It’s something a man would write if he might have illegitimate children, professors said. Why would it be in Smith’s will? Was she an egg donor? Did she give a baby up for adoption? Or, was it just language carelessly copied from a template? It also illustrates one common flaw, that many wills don’t include a contingency plan.

New York University, Northwestern University, and Havard are teaching the subject this semester.

I thought when they had “Hip-Hop Eshu: Queen B@#$H 101.” (That is the real name of the course!)  at  Syracuse University, ”analyzing Lil Kim’s lyrics on the American judicial system” in the wake of her legal troubles.  WTF!?? The lil chickenhead talks like a drunken sailor-slash-backstreet whore, and she was guilty as h3ll!  WHAT is she gonna analyze?  She ‘prolly cant even spell it…

The “Anna Nicole” Worm Turns Again…

   

Can you believe it?  This shyt is gonna drag on forever! 

The latest “stick in the spokes” came down today, when I read that the birth of the baby may not be as legit as it should be.  They said that the although Howard K is named as the father on the certificate, an attorney signed his name where Stern’s should be. 

Ok- now that dont seem like a big issue to me.  I mean, all they need to do (in my opinion) is just draft another one, and have everyone sign in the right place.  But they are saying: “In America, the lawyer puts his name there, but in The Bahamas either a parent, someone who witnessed the birth, the midwife, or someone who lives in the house where the baby was born must sign there,”  and if the ‘other side’ gets hold of this info, they can ask for a new birth certificate and push for a paternity test. 

Now that would be novel…The Paternity Test.  I dont see what tha dayumm hold up is.  Im  thinkin that those that are opposing it (The Howard K Camp) have something they dont want known.  That that baby aint theirs…  Why dont they just do the swab test, and get this shyt over with?  Why keep the family, and the world in suspense?  I mean, its gonna come out sooner or later, and I vote for sooner…

Well, the fact remains that the baby was born there.  No one and no dayumm piece of paper can argue with that.   I dont see why a signature in the wrong place should be such an issue…

Aint this a mess?  And the money issue will always loom in the distance like a big black cloud.

Poor Anna.  She aint really gonna be ‘dead’ till this mess is all dealt with. 

And looks like that’s gonna take a ‘coupla years…

 …  I read today Judge Larry Seidlin gave custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s remains to her five-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, (wow*) and that finally after all this time, they are gonna allow the woman to be laid to rest next to her son, who she loved and missed so much. 

I dont know why this was such a brain teaser.  She didnt have a relationship with her mother at all, and I think they were estranged for years before this…I think Mama was just tryin to get to tha money.   I wonder what her next move will be…she’s already filed an appeal.  Cant the gurl just rest?  This is so ugly to be goin on, and every one is forgetting the fact that someone has died…

The next big blow-out will be where this baby is going, and who gets the gold.  Florida probate law states that if there is no will (Daniel was her heir in her will, but he has ‘preceeded her in death’, and at 20 didnt have a will-he has died “intestate“.)  When that happens, they go thru the spouse and descendants.  That clause she put in about excluding “future descendants and spouses“, -WHY would someone even think of that?- excludes Danilyn from the gate.  But because the law states they must follow lineal descendants, Danilyn still has a chance once they prove she is biologically Anna’s, which they dont have to do, her birth was so public. 

 Now Howard K might have to prove that marriage in the Bahamas was legal, but even if he doesnt,  he is the executor of her estates so he gets a fee (hugh, with all that money!)  If he is proven to be Danilyn’s father, and they follow the lineal, he gets control of the lions share.   If they are married and isnt Danilyn’s father, he may still end up with some money since she was “married” to him at the time of her death.  If there was a home in Anna’s name, according to Florida probate laws,  he gets that outright for life,  and it is passed to the lineal descendants upon his death.   So he aint comin out half bad either way.   

Was thinkin:  Since she died in the Bahamas and now is going to be buried there, maybe they will follow Bahamian probate laws–hmmm… Im gonna check on that.

But the saga continues.  Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband (one of them-dont she have 12?) has stepped forward to say that he may be the father…. Lawd if this mess aint gettin con-fa-luted!  This makes how many fathers?  4?
