A man livin’ across the street from the video shoot for Beyoncé’s “Why Dont You Love Me?” vid is actually suin’ Bey, a liability company, and Dina Ciccotello, a lowly production coordinator, for nuisance and trespassin’, claimin’ his “privacy was invaded by unnecessary noise and crowds“.
This fool is askin’ for $25Stacks, claimin’ his “expectations of privacy in his upscale, exclusive Mount Olympus community in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood was shattered when the crew came “rudely” in the mornin’ at A.M, and didn’t leave til’ 11 P.M.
Philip Markowitz, hereon referred to as “This Pin-Head” claims he was “prevented from leaving his property”, and each time he stepped out of his house, he found crew members blockin’ his driveway. (O.M.G! It’s not like he couldn’t have side-stepped them, or just ask them to let him out! Jesus!) He claims he “missed several business calls while arguing calmly in his driveway”. If this mofo don’t stop…!
Is this guy kiddin’?? Somebody scouted that location, and got permission to do just what the fluck they did. If he has any beef, its with the city council, or who ever is responsible for grantin’ permits for this sorta thing… what ‘prolly really pissed him off was when he actually walked out there and demanded money for his day bein’ disrupted. They told him this was a low-budget project, and “no funds were available”. (Translation: Kiss our ass and kick rocks, hater. Ya gets nuthin’!~)
