‘Work Related ‘Accident?

In Feb, we heard that a woman, Charla Nash,  was attacked by a 200-lb chimpanzee, Travis.    This ‘chimp’ belonged to her friend and former employer, Sandra Herold.

This was a brutal 12-min attack that resulted in her losing her eyes, nose, and hands.  She’s disfigured and blind.    The 9-1-1 call was chilling…

Well now, Nash has filed a $50Milli lawsuit against Herold, who called her over and  asked her to help lure the brut back into her Stamford Conn. home Feb 16th.    She alleges Herold was negligent and reckless,  for lacking the ability to control “a wild animal with violent propensities.”

“I always told her you have to get rid of him. He’s going to hurt somebody someday. He’s too dangerous,” Nash said on Wednesday’s episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” “You can’t control him, and he’s going to hurt somebody.”

BUT!- This Herold bytch and her lawyers are saying this is nothing more that ‘work related accident’, and should be treated as a worker’s comp claim.”     What the flickety is wrong with this woman and her attnys??   THE MONKEY ATE HER FACE OFF!!!   See, somebody’ll have to get they ass kicked,   with an attitude like that!    Doesnt that just soooo sound surreal??

H3ll 2 da Naw it don't look like no 'work related accident'! A worker's comp claim, my ass!

 This woman is a trip anyway, and someone should check on her relationship with this dayumm monkey.   There are pics of this thang  all dressed up ( and its as big as a man, weighin’ 200!!),   she all wrapped around it like its her man, or somethin’.    There is even a flic of her kissin’ that dayumm thing:

I mean, why is a person, livin in the suburbs even havin  somethin’ like this as a ‘pet’?    I would be scared of this mofo, walkin his big ass around my house like a human being.  I wonder if she slept with this monkey?    I was just thinkin’;  coulda been some freakery goin’ on, and the monkey just flipped out…

Either way , this is not just a ‘work related accident’.   Not at all.  The rest of this woman’s  life is ruined;  face gone, can’t see, can’t use her hands-and I’m sure she in a great amount of pain constantly.  

Somebody should pay.

I’m wondering where the criminal charges are.  Don’t tell me there is not some law on the books, that says something about having a wild animal in your suburban home.  What if this thang would have run pass Nash, and snatched up a child  or someone else, that may have been coming down the road on their bike?    

 I wouldn’t want a 200-lb, unpredictable  ’gorilla -chimp, my ass!-livin next door to me!

What if this thing would have killed her?  I guess that’s what it would take.  Recall the Jan 2001 case in S.F.  Cali, where the S.F lawyers  had TWO English Mastiffs, who mauled and killed a woman as she was puttin’ her key in the lock of her apartment.    The dogs rushed out and attacked the woman, right in the hallway.     The owners were charged  and convicted of  manslaughter.   There’s that question again:  Why would these people have attack dogs like this ( they weighed a close to 240 lbs each !) in an upscale apartment on the corner of  Pacific Ave and Filmore?    These dogs needed to be out in the country somewhere, and trained … 

I hope she gets her $50Milli. 

 She deserves so much more.
