So what’s really goin on? I thought Brit was breakin’ him off real tuff, from the divorce? Show me money! Cause I cant see ANYBODY bein’ $110G’s behind in their rent. Even if the rent was ‘prolly $2500-$3000 or so.
The “dancer” – who has two sons, Sean Preston,4,and Jayden James,3, with ex Britney Spears – allegedly (that word again) infuriated landlords of his rented Los Angeles home by disappearing without paying the last six months of rent and leaving the property uninhabitable. Dang- wish I could just not pay my rent for six whole months before anybody gets mad!
Photographic evidence shows cigarette butts and glass bottles tossed across the garden and in the gutters, drawings over the walls (bad-ass, unsupervised brats really raisin’ themselves…), a broken dishwasher and damage to smoke detectors and light fittings – (tweeker moves?)
The aspiring rapper also had tinted windows installed in the bathroom (hidin’ from what?), and converted another room into a studio without permission. Lawd…
A source said: “The landlord was distraught when he saw the state of the property. “Everything was broken and even the garden lampposts were bent.” What the h3ll were THEY doin’?
The unnamed landlord has sent a letter to K-Fed, demanding $110,661 in back rent and compensation or he will take legal action.
A spokesperson for the star is unsure why the house has been left in such bad condition or why the rent wasn’t paid. The representative added: “His agent, manager and lawyer no longer work for him. None of us have any idea what is going on.”
